This month my mom and I have thrifted a lot!
Join us on our vintage hunting afternoons, we will look for designer brands (Valentino, Max Mara, Luisa Spagnoli, Salvatore Ferragamo) and good quality second hand clothing pieces!
We also like to find true vintage clothes and accessories, such as silk scarves and wool bazers.
In this video I will finally find my dream vintage shearling coat, some vintage home decor items and some christmas decorations!
We will also show you our haul and we will do the unboxing of some items that we bought on Vinted.

I love the "penny lane" coat! They used to be called Afghan coats but ever since Cameron Crowe's 1999 film Almost Famous (which if you love 60s/70s music and counterculture I cannot suggest enough) gained popularity they have been dubbed penny lane coats after the main female protagonist. And your mum was right it's the name of a famous road and a famous song from the Beatles, and it's a reference to a real groupie from the 70s who went by that name.

I’m thinking about learning Spanish since I’m in Old Mexico i.e., Arizona 😅 I’ve met some awesome folks who speak English well but are from Mexico so speak their native language. I’m always impressed at how patient they are with us Americans trying to communicate with each other.❤

6:59 SCORE!!! Belt or not, a great Hair Clip or Broach would look great to hold that together. This is what we call 'BOHO' style in the U.S. which is very hot. Macrame', knitted, handmade 'looking' items are in, just like those Granny Square Sweaters/Jackets. The BOHO style includes many vintage items to include Tie-Dye, knitted purses and even shoes. Macrame' curtains, room dividers and plant hangers/lights are also hot items in the BOHO Community. Happy Hunting Ladies!! 😁

I want to learn Spanish, because my son's girlfriend is Mexican, and her mom only speaks Spanish, and I would love to be able to talk with her. Both of you are wearing such nice outfits! Great haul! I have a long, forest green teddy coat that I got from the thrift store for $6.00! I have a short brown one and a short olive green one on the way to me right now too! I got them on a Black Friday sale from a store for $11.99 each, so they are new with tags. I'm so excited for them to arrive, because it's definitely cold here, and I'm looking forward to being cozy in them! You are both wearing beautiful outfits for your 2nd shopping trip too! I love that coat on you! You both look so cute in the reindeer antlers. I wish my Mom liked to shop with me. You and your mom found so many lovely pieces!

I don’t kno if u knew that here in the States we never say “Charity Shop” that’s a British term / word here in the States we say … Thrift Store or Second Hand Store never Charity Shop… also it’s great that in Italy u can find so much “ High End” ( as we say here in the States ) clothing etc in your Thrift Stores we are lucky if we can even find Ralf Lauren Polo or Tommy Hilfiger here in our Thrift Stores ….luv your videos so keep them coming !!!! Thank you to you both for such an enjoyable video. Both your tastes are impeccable. Aurora you should look for a straight iron by L'Oreal. I believe it is called STEAM POD and straightens with steam and stays straight for longer. My husband and I have a hair salon but we don't have one😢 but our younger son has and uses it on his daughter and wife ( his wife is half Italian) Our son is not a hairstylist but has learnt a thing or two from us ! Yay !

He comprado muchas cosas en Vinted, pero también me han estafado algunas veces, me han enviado botas con el tacón roto, botas de diferente talla una de la otra, y también cosas envueltas que parecían un pedazo de pan. Vergonzoso. Siempre hay aprovechadores, pero en general, he tenido suerte.
