Hi! You mean the grass floor? You can buy those from the furniture store. part of the Baroque set. :) Aparently, in this version of the game, you can plant seeds on top of flooring. I haven't checked in for a while, I don't know if it's already patched in this version of the game.

Hi! i sometimes just plan ahead like where i want things to be, and what set of items i will use, and of course make sure i have saved up enough money, then just improvise from there most of the time. :)
