Good one Garga, well identified. You need to make a strong dedicated team. It's needs your submission to cause, dedication, honesty and loyality towards Bengali pride. You need to make your team members equivalent you. They should not start worshipping you and confine themselves. They must upgrade your footprint and foundation.
Some issues pointed out are right, but whose fault it was. Freedom fighters from United Bengal fought for India, not only for Bengal, unlike others, and that was their first fault. Once independent, it became everyone's game. Nehru was a brilliant politician, and could nullify his contemporaries predominantly from Bengal, in one stroke. Secondly, when Bengal was doing well economically and as a job market, they voted for unknown Communists and supported Naxalism. This drove of Industries from Bengal and also stopped the public sector plant. This made Bengali individuals jobless beggars. How can a person with no self esteem, push for his mother tongue, in his motherland, which by then is economically controlled by outsiders with different language.
