Buddha. Please comment with Buddha to help me pronounce it correctly, I am very sorry It's time to revisit Sekiro. I would never have picked this game up again if it hadnt won WWMii earlier this year. This is the hardest game I've ever played, and I hope everyone enjoys the highlights

Fun fact: When RT got the firecrackers and read the description talking about “Little Robert” and the search of immortality to cure him alongside his father, RT jokes about it being important to the lore for later on Fast forward a bit and he fights the armoured warrior on the bridge who upon killing the player says something along the lines of ‘finding the waters of immortality’, this is actually (Little) Roberts father. Nothing important story wise but it’s a nice detail if you pay attention

The fight against Owl where he stopped talking was BRILLIANT

Fun Fact: Owl invented the Mikiri Counter so trying to use a thrust attack on him would understandably end in your loss. Good attention to detail. I love it. Fun Fact #2: The two massive apes you fight, the male gaurdian and the female brown, are actually mates. The gaurdian was infested and lost his sanity, but the female didn't want to leave him. If you kill the gaurdian first, the female gives up on life. Fun Fact #3: The Rejuvinating Waters grant immortality but it also corrupts the being who ingests it. The monks of Senpou Temple turned away from the teachings of Buddha and was seduced by the waters. These waters also caused the immortal centipedes to sprout, furthering the corruption. Fun Fact #4: The Old Dragons of the Tree symbolize Dragonrot and the unnatural use of ressurection. The first few are white beings but then they become old and withered. Much like how dragonrot spreads as more of the power is abused. Sad Fact: Considering the fact that you buy Robert's firecrackers from a Memorial Mob, people who pillage the dead for offerings, means that Robert is dead by the time Sekiro meets the Armored Warrior. This means that the Father is now chasing for the final hope to bring back his dead son, who has died of sickness.

Sekiro is by far my favorite fromsoft game and straight up just one of my favorite games of all time, ive played it like 11 times and done literally everything, ive quite literally dreamt of the day rt would play this and i could not be more excited to see this day here and now

The fromsoft playthroughs were some of my favourite videos on this channel, so when it wrapped up I was pretty sad. Glad to see it back even if this is the last

the way sekiro completely flips the script on health and posture is honestly endlessly brilliant, really glad you came back to this parry fest

Love how starting out RT avoids Hirata estate, the area you beat before facing the giant/gyobu but heads to senpou temple a mid game area he couldn't even finish

All of your rhythm game training has finally paid off! I could never finish this, and I'm extremely proud of you for doing it!

The same reason a lot of people dislike Sekiro is the exact reason why it was(until the release of Elden Ring) what I considered to be FromSoftware's best title. Unlike a lot of other games, where you could just cheese or brute force your way through, you NEEDED to know the mechanics or you were never gonna beat the game.

Im really glad that sekiro won dan's smash tournament, its such a fantastic game, and so rewarding to learn. I know there were other great games on that roster, but there really isnt anything quite like sekiro

You didn't quit, you just had to let it die once so you could beat and then kill if for the second time

I just started playing GTA V for the first time after finally caving to the hype of the GTA VI trailer. I just finished my last RU-vid video before diving back in. Then this popped up in my recommendations and I literally put my head in my hands and said "oh no." Great work as always ❤

The fact that you solved the snake puzzle by actually killing the monkey instead of possessing it and it worked impresses me alot

To this day I still haven't beaten Genichiro, I go back every now and then, start a new profile get him down to a few hits left and then die. I try over and over and get further away from beating him then I just give up

I remember I literally gave up on this game on the final boss. When I went back to replay I kicked the entire game’s ass save a few secret areas I hadn’t seen before and defeated every boss in under 20 tries. It was beautiful almost like a revenge story of me coming back with a new perspective than before. Can’t wait to see your humor mixed with this game’s tone

Did RT turn off the music for most of the game? I can't hear any music in the first genichiro fight and the guardian ape fight.
