Speed was such a terrible movie. If the transport goes slower than ~120kph, the bomb will explode. I love the running animation middleweight ACs have!
Take rockets for this mission, their point-and-shoot nature will be extremely useful for this mission. You just need the S50 pack of them, anything else will be overkill, but if you like rockets, more power to you. With practice you can be a surgeon with them and rockets are a powerful weapon.
Anyway, clear the path for the transport, the cars can be crushed but the MTs and other debris will have to be destroyed with rockets or whatever else you have. After the path is clear, be sure not to wander into the transport's path or you'll fail. Something interesting to note about the transport is that it's magnetically attracted to the debris on the ground, so if you miss any, you WILL fail.
