Daggerwin when you bale a field that you have harvested you should rake it first it makes it easier to bale because you don't have as much swaths so close together that's what we do when we harvest a field on our farm. Keep the vids coming I watch them every day
+daggerwin don't worry about the people that say you use 1 tractor/brand way to much, in real life you don't go to several dealers to buy 1 of each brand, take me for an example on our farm we have several John Deere tractors and we have 1 105 White tractor, so use what ever tractor/band you want, keep up the good work
Daggerwin, the latest version of the Claas Lexion 580/600 combines on Modhoster come with some really nice locking claas header trailers that should work for the Mega as well.
+Daggerwin, sorry to burst anyone's bubble but the AI doesn't stop at the red lights it is forced to by an invisible barrier, i dried sneaking through the red light and the trailer got caught by the barrier as the light went red, resulting in tractor and trailer being thrown across the map :)
Its unrealistic to pick up the straw with a forage harvester and turn it to silage. Because its to dry to ferment. And it will have no energy because you have sorted the grain away fro the straw. But great vid😀
Daggerwin you should do a logging series in fs15 or introduce it in a current series. Also you should play a map that is in the Azores or in Portugal. Azores has nine Islands and they all have a beautiful view and the best farming culture, and also don't forget to keep it real. Lol
daggerwin you should get the New Holland CR pack as it contains some brilliant harvesters and header trailers that attach to the header like a trailer to a tractor
only thing i wish farm sim had was a way point system where you could plop one down and just heads towards it instead of checking the map every 10 seconds making sure you are going in the right direction. i play huge maps i miss turns sometimes lol

Hi dagger, you don't have to buy the fields to harvest them, maybe make up a contractor deal ie; you've been hired to harvest them, for realism, good video though mate
Making silage out of straw makes no sense at all. As far as I know its never done in RL as straw has very little nutritional value. Its only used in mixed ration for fiber and filler. It is really silly that FS lets you do that, as if silage selling isnt OP enough.
A forage harvester would only be used to pick up straw if it rained and the straw quality was very low then the forager would pick up the straw chop and spread it across the field via the pipe

in real life a tractor and trailer in a feild which is being harvested is called a corn cart and the worker stays in the corn cart till the feild is finished
I really like your videos but it is not realistic to have a 400hp fendt tractor and then a tiny combine why not get a bigger one? its a fairly big map anyway
