I couldn't agree more. This is when each Let's Play got at least one million views, now they're lucky to get 500,000. What happened to this channel is a shame, these videos defined middle and early high school for me, now I rarely watch them.

@@cadam4272 I think the main reason views dropped off was because of being RT Sponsors/First. They changed things in 2014 so that Sponsors/First Members got everything achievement hunter related a week early so I left youtube and so did many others, especially when the Lazer Team backing came with free Sponsorship/First.

@@cadam4272 same, this channel was my entire middle school, I'm 20 now and it's fun rewatching the old ones. A big part of why the newer stuff isn't as enjoyable is there's a lot of forced political stuff that creeps in along with the new people being less funny sadly

It's why classic AH is all I watch from RT anymore. They just started getting too many guys too fast, and I stopped feeling the chemistry. The old AH crew was the best, and everything started going downhill after Ray left.

@Bendo Jermey was still the beginning of a short lived silver age compared to rays golden age. A shame he couldnt be around at the same time as ray though.

@@scout360pyroz I haven't watched for many years, I remember liking Jeremy but he didn't really fit any particular niche in team lads from what I can remember. He was also good at shooters like Ray but I don't think that's why Ray worked so well. It's not even really about him, all of them also started to have a very "content producer" feel, I can't blame Ray for getting bored.

My feelings exactly. Lil J is great, but the overall chemistry and enthusiasm of the AH group isn't quite the same compared to the days of this video.

I never appreciated Cops N Crooks (or Witness Protection) until AH made these videos. By then the GTA IV player base was pretty much dead :(

Not only that, but the game itself is more fun. The running animations are goofier, the ragdoll is even sillier... and the obvious: there are gametypes that actually work.

+Nealon Miller that will be nowhere near as good as cops and crooks. also cops and crooks won't work on gta v. what made it fun was the wonky driving, physics, and gun mechanics. in gta v the driving is too accurate, the physics are non existent, and the guns are super accurate.

Somebody needs to make Cops'n Crooks in GTA online.

+Vanilla Physics Personally I disagree. They hardly upload anything good now days and most members seem to be on whatever Rooster Teeth talk show is playing today.

+Sneaky Viper the "good" uploads are woven around uploads from places not AH. like i get promoting an allied group but i went to the LP channel for AH stuff, not FunHaus. i STILL dont know or care who FunHaus is. mostly because i'm not interested in them. they probably do a fine job of things. And even on the AH channel its still very heavy on FH. I look at playlists, i want the GTA4/5, or Minecraft LPs done by AH. not interspliced with a bunch of videos from a completely different group i know or care nothing about. but there it is, cant look at the GTA5 playlist (and not the MEGA playlist, i mean the normal one) without scattered in being FH videos, when all i want is to run AH in the background without having to hit a damn button. If RT's gotten that big, that's great, i'm happy for them, they came a long damn way. But i'd like it personally if i could, y'know, _watch the people i came for and not get bombarded with some other group_ i mean, that's what quicker, brief collab videos are for. that's how i started watching other groups, occasional collabs that led me to thinking "oh this person/these guys is/are interesting, lets look at their other stuff". but when its slammed down my throat that sense of defiance comes in and goes "y'know what, no. i dont care who these other people are, i'm not being given a choice, so they can go fuck themselves."

+Xenmaru00 I don't fully agree and I don't fully disagree with you, I think there should be a channel for just AH videos but you should give FH a chance, while I'm not a massive fan, their crossovers with AH have been some of my favourite videos lately.. Oh and expect to see even more shitty channels that you don't care about appearing on the AH/Let's play channel, they're starting to collaborate even more

+Yure yeah no i dont doubt they do their own good work at all, it's just the appearance was sudden, jarring, with little warning, and it's...it's like a sudden growth of vines on a previously untouched property. the vines themselves as they are, are only somewhat of a problem, and in fact can actually make it look nicer from some angles. But they came out of nowhere, and not even on like, a trial basis of occasional collabs once every few months or so. it was just WHAM there they are, and they're all up in every playlist. That's my problem with it, it's just sudden and not eased into. just WHAM here's a group of people you dont give two shits about and they're all up in your shit. it didnt go "here's a group of people you dont give two shits about, popping up over a year once in a while to get you used to their existence and decide if they're something you want to watch." there's no choice given, just HAVE IT BITCH. and it just gives the feeling of "well shit if you're gonna try to shove shit down my throat i'll just go somewhere else where i can actually choose shit." y'know?
