I have to say when Ray screamed, "You bastards." Was probably one of the best moments ever.

Michael provides legitimate reasons for betraying Ray and Ryan, but with Geoff, it's just, "Fuck Geoff!" I love it.

Dude the Ray, Ryan death scene was actually touching in a way.. that music though..

Ryan and Ray went out the way they should always go out: Surrounded by the corpses of dozens of cops, in a hail of gunfire and bloodshed and dying silently and with dignity.

The amounts of money always crack me up. After all that planning and so many deaths, they're splitting less than 2k dollars between three of them at the end lmfao so fucking good.

Ryan was so suspicious in the beginning. Takes a backstabber to recognize a backstabbing. 😉

Ryan was very suspicious in the intro because Michael kept hinting at how they wouldn't survive, what he SHOULD have done was have Ryan plant a bombed car for Geoff, and Geoff plant a bombed car for Ryan.

The R&R connection's last stand was like something out of a movie.

Just realized that Ray and Ryan picked the Signs V-Neck because the illustration is a pair of crossed fingers. As in, a double cross. He wasn't bullshitting, he really saw it coming.

I don't know why but everytime I see that sad music and Micheal saying "Nothing will kill us except for each other," I crack up.

I can't be the only person who felt saddened by the death of The R&R connection.

Id say this was my favorite Heist, not just because its the only one where people where paid, but because of how cleverly it was set up. Having to secretly kill off everyone. Reminds me of the Joker in the Dark Knight..

Keep an eye on Ryan during the first live action part. You'll see him realize Michael plans to kill him and Ray.

Happy Gavin made it to the end. The fact that he didn't know anybody was supposed to be betrayed the entire time made his end reaction golden. Sad that there are only Ray and Jacks heists left. AH heists are the best thing to come out of GTAV.

So This Is How It Ends? {Scene: Michael and Gavin are left adrift, waiting for Lindsey to rendezvous with them with a new boat. Geoff's blood still taints the sides, leaving evidence to the betrayal. Evidence didn't work well with the plan so that's why Lindsey was tasked with boat duty. It's also why Geoff's body was tossed over board along with Kerry's corpse.} Neither man spoke to each other for the longest of time, only the wash of waves broke their seemingly endless silence. Gavin wouldn't look at Michael, too confused and upset by what had been done. Michael couldn't look anywhere but Gavin, trying to judge where his loyalties lie. "It's a yes or no, Gavin. I'm going to try either way." Gavin shook his head, wanting to understand, but not willing to ask the simple question. "They were tragedies waiting to happen, Gav. I told them my plan and they laughed! Said I was crazy! Fuck em'!" Michael, sitting in the driver's seat, kicked the side seat and uprooted it from the boat. His display wasn't one of frenzy though, he wasn't angry with Gavin, just the others. "We'll get the boat and we'll start later in the week. I have guys who can get me shit when I need it, so we'll be ready by then." "God, listen to yourself. Do you actually think three people can pull that off?! Michael, this is the reason? You killed our friends for a half-ass'd attempt at taking over the city?" Michael stands up, outraged by the simplification of his plans. There was no way to describe the countless hours he'd spend figuring it all out. "It'll work! Those 'friends', they would have stopped me! Stopped us!" "Because they'd have the common sense to know it wouldn't work!" "It'll fuckin' work cause I say it will!" He walks over and flops on the back seat next to Gavin. He notices Gavin flinch and smirks to himself. Something about that flinch was satisfying, made him feel a bit better. "It has to work... we've already gone this far." Gavin shook his head and scooted away from him. "What's this 'we'? Why do you assume there's a 'we' here?" A look was shared, the seriousness in the air was thick, almost palpable. "You're in this, man. I killed all the other choices." Micheal hunched over, cupping his hands together as he continued to stare Gavin down. "The plan was to keep you alive. I expended a lot of resources to make that plan happen..." His eyes went hazed as he began speaking in a much more playful tone. This was usually typical for him, but something about the way he talked, something about the lack of merry in his voice made his mirth rather eerie. "...But you know... plans can change." There was a metallic click of a handgun being slide cocked. Gavin watched him pull the gun out, he'd watched and he'd waited. Had he reacted quickly enough, the struggle for the gun would have been over and he'd be in position to hijack this conversation back to sanity. But, the shock of watching his best friend, a man he'd entrusted his life to countless times before, pull a gun on him was enough to halt any advances he could have seized. "I spent years figuring this all out. What's but a minor edit to the greater scheme?" His hand was firm, not a hint of reluctance in his grip, but his eyes told a different story. His eyes craved mercy. "T-Take a breath.... Okay?" Gavin moved his lips to speak, but he was cut off rather harshly, with the gun being re-sighted for right between his eyes. "Noooooooope! No. Nuh uh. We've moved passed talking. There's nothing more that you can say that I want to hear. Take. A. Breath. When you let it out, I'm going to start a countdown from ten. You have til then to answer... Are you with me or against me?" Ending it with a time limit had wonderful merits. It was quick, decisive, and kept the momentum going. He didn't give Gavin time to steel himself for a believable lie. The pressure kept Gavin focused on values, while it left little time for Michael to be distracted by them. His moral compass was shot to shit, he was on the line to crossing true Mad King levels of madness, and Gavin held the answer to how far he was going to have to sink to make his plans a reality. Gavin, doing what his captor requested, took an immediate breath. Michael was getting nervous, something was wrong. He watched his friend blow out his breath, but it all seemed so sluggish. Things were slowing down. He couldn't believe it, but life was slowing to a crawl before his very eyes. His body moved like the rest of the world, but his mind... everything was so clear. It was some kind of mental pause. He felt his own lips move as he counted the number ten. The countdown had started, but it was going to be prolonged. Michael had time now. Not a lot mind you, the number nine came rolling by all too soon, but it was enough. He could feel it. With all human minds, time brought second thoughts, different perspective... regrets. He was fucked. A pain welled inside him as he realized, he couldn't have a drink with Geoff tomorrow. They... they'd made plans for after the heist, to discuss the next operation once they were done, over a cold brewed ale. He'd never get to go to the shooting range with Ray again, their little spot in the corner of the range wouldn't be the same without his pal. Never again would he get the pleasure of listening to the mad cackle of Ryan as he thought of a new brilliant way to kill. And then... there was Kerry... ... Fuck Kerry. In fact, fuck all of them! Fuck em' all to hell! These kinds of thoughts weren't worth a shit anymore. He had his plan, he had his goals, he was mother fuckin' Mogar for christ sake! He owned this urban jungle! How dare they fill him with remorse! How dare they! How dare they... make him feel like such a piece of shit. He'd somehow made it to three without it so much as registering to him. It was like experiencing a sort of autopilot that kept him on the right path. Kept him following the plan. Though, the plan... was starting to feel null to him. He could feel its grasp on him slipping. There didn't really feel like a need for the plan anymore. The drive was gone, slipped into the void it'd crawled out from. At some point, he'd stopped counting. Even gone so far as to let the gun fall to the cushion. "... Tw-Two..." The last number left his lips along with a hitch in his chest as he felt a sob come along. "Oh god... Oh my god..." He felt terribly sick, his lunch threatening to spew from his mouth involuntarily. Michael shook his head no, but there wasn't any fighting it. Quickly, he turned over the the side of the ship and leaned out, puking violently into the water. He nearly jumped when he felt a hand on his back, giving him a light pat. He wasn't expecting Gavin's comfort, especially not the single armed hug that followed. "It's alright, mate..." Very slowly, the gun was coaxed from Michael's hand completely and tossed to the floor across the boat. There wasn't any danger left, he didn't have the stomach for any more blood today. Neither of them did. Letting out a heavy set of pants, he regained a little of his composure as he spit some remains out. "I just... I-I don't know, Gav. I wanted more. We only have so long in life. I wanted my mark on the world to be big... I wanted it to be huge, be the next fuckin' Hitler... but, I can't keep goin'." Michael holds his head in his hands and groans. "I'm so sorry." Gavin gave his friend a bit of a squeeze, patting his arm for extra measure as he let out a sad sigh. "I know, mate... we'll figure it out. We'll find a new plan, eh?" Michael finished off his last wad of spit before looking up, his face a mess. "I-I'd like that." There was a bit of discharge from the radio as someone came on the comm. Both friends turned a curious eye to the drivers seat where the radio was set up on the dash board. "Hey, assholes, I've got the boat, I'll be coming up beside you here in a second.... Oh right, Over!"

If Gavin was a heist crew member in story mode his cut would be like -12%

Ray screaming may have been the best thing I've ever heard.

If you pay attention, Michael tells R & R they're going to die. If you listen in the opening he tells Ryan and Ray this: God Bless You if you survive. God Bless You is a term you use for the dead, but he says "if you survive." He referring to them surviving the barrage of cops, and if they survive that, they'll just go to the vehicle and blow up. So, Michael is basically saying: If you survive you're gonna die anyway.

when the fake, made up heists are better then the in game heists.

The last stand of the R&R connection... a moment that will go down in history... When Ryan and Ray gave their lives in a battle to save their friends, not caring about their safety, just the success of the mission. They went down in a blaze of glory. Then found out they were doomed from the start in the afterlife...

Michael, congratulations in keeping Gavin alive. A feat that has not been done. Not even Gavin could keep himself alive in his own heist. Bravo! Though I loved close to the ending that Gavin was so confused, if he was supposed to stay alive.

Aw man, seeing Ryan and Ray hunt down Michael, Gavin, Kerry, and Geoff in anger would've been a SWEET ending.

The bit where Ryan and Ray went out was great, the editing and the music was spot on. This was a good Heist. :)

I really really enjoyed how much work Michael put into this heist. Like, how he had planes for eliminating Ray, Ryan, Geoff and Kerry, even though things then turned out differently. I still like how much work he put into all this. That made it really worth watching, after all. Great job, imo!

Michael carrying the lug. xD EDIT: Aw Team Nice Dynamite, he actually intended to keep Gavin alive for serious 'til the end.

Everytime Ray is like "RYAN NOOOOOOO!!!" I fucking laugh so hard.

Michael fretting over Gavin was hilarious. It was like you could hear him thinking, "Goddammit, he's gonna kill himself. He's gonna get himself killed, he's gonna do it. Oh my god, what the hell is he doing *now*?" And the entire time, Gavin seemed to be just obliviously and nonchalantly taking nothing serious, almost more so than usual. I also think it would be awesome if they did something like a challenge heist, where the amount they spend for prep could not exceed how much they were looking to make in the heist.

Still one of the best heist and man was Geoff salty at the end.

They should make a GTA Let's Play wherein the mini map gets taken away, making it harder for them to navigate through Los Santos. If the mini-map cannot be removed or made hidden, they should instead physically block the mini-map (by tapeing or other) on each of their TV screens. No one would know where each player is located, plus how to get from one place to the other. They would have to rely on road signs, directions and their prior memory and knowledge of the city. It makes for a good hide and seek game, and ups the ante in terms of realism. Just a suggestion...(:

This had to be the beast heist they've done yet! Ray and Ryan's last stand was awesome with the music and intense fighting! Man I loved this heist! Favorite one yet!
