Dom is the eccentric villain who you KNOW is planning something if he hasn't already announced it. Laurie is the cunning villain keeping in the shadows, revealing his plan only when it's too late for anyone to do anything about it

i think the shining tell of this game being great is the fact that it got laurie and brooke to literally conspiratorially whisper to each other a plan to poison another member of the heist. amazing

With the tie and the stubble, Dom really fits the look of a failed gangster who ultimately gets betrayed and dies before the end of the movie! Makes me think that it would be incredibly entertaining to see the team play Fiasco! And since Blair is on the winning team, that means she retains! It's a three-game streak!

Hands down, best moment for me is Adam poisoning Sully then immediately realizing that he is still handcuffed to him. I die laughing every time I see it. 36:00 for the curious

Sully came so close to winning. Iirc the rules state that a player who lands the plane and has more money than the parachuters have in excess of the amount they need then that player wins and the parachuters lose :P If that rule came into effect I could only imagine the hilarity that would have ensued when they realised Sully was in fact the only winner.

Yep, the rules allow one more turn for anyone left on the plane after everyone parachutes out. Sully could have spent his last turn (after the others parachuted out) by: looting $30 thousand from Dom, discarding 3 cards and (hopefully) finding the pilots license, then coasting down to the ground winning on account of having a higher end-score. With the pilots license he would very likely have been able to stick the landing.

I’d imagine this is a function of filming schedule. Likely this was filmed earlier, not necessarily with an eye to release times. Also there’s going to be a lot of working around individual players schedules, possibly filming a bunch of videos together in a batch.

I still love and feel joy at these in-person BGC, so jealous of y'alls playroom. Also yay for some new blood with Brooke and Dom! One thing I would like from the series in the future though is a little more complex/intense/or bigger games. Since Cosmic Encounters all the games have been light, silly, and fun which is lovely. But I crave some big box monsters in my life.
