Jusant is a brand-new action-puzzle climbing game and a meditative journey to the top of a tall tower. Challenge yourself at your own pace, explore different paths, and unravel the secrets from a bygone civilization.

Master your climbing tools and watch your stamina meter to successfully navigate this mysterious and changing tower. I've seen The House; the part where they were surrounded by the sea & deciding if it's time to go was well done. I don't know if you've ever had your house flood, but the mental anguish between starting over and rebuilding there is very real. It seems the world in this game faced the opposite kind of sad desolation. Keith, you have a remarkable talent for inflicting existential dread on us. 😅

I'm also enjoying the new video formats, variety is better than 500 episode series imo Also the sunglasses are real inuit glasses because the white snow reflecting the sun makes the world twice as blinding, the same was the salt from the evaporated ocean :]

Keith mentioning all the AnnaPurna games hits different with the entire staff quitting a few days back, The Pathless was the other game I would normally think of from them kind of Journey-like, but don't think you've played it. They did publish Cocoon and Stray too.

This game certainly has some strong vibes that makes it feel esoteric. The world feels ancient, alien and empty. So much so, that it's hard to tell if the notes you're finding are themselves ancient or maybe the most recent thing about this world. This uses color and sound design really well too to color the experience. Gameplay wise, I can see how this could be a chill game to go through in an afternoon. Just getting absorbed in climbing and the sights of the world. It really is like Journey, Abzu, Flower and the like in that way. Also, know this vod is many months old, but the Three Seashells movie is Demolition Man. That reference will likely outlive anything else from that movie.

Not sure if you’ll see this, but the sunglasses the MC is wearing look based off of Inuit/Inuktitut sunglasses that are needed to block the blinding light of the sun reflecting off the snow

if you liked The House, i'd highly recommend The Burden. It's a very strange but touching and sad musical short film by the same animator. With furries!
