I can't do it anymore. Every single Minecraft let's play video ones-ups another one. That isn't me and never will be. I first saw someone building a planet Episode 1 in Hardcore, and then someone building a universe, and then someone literally build an entire GALAXY. It has to end somewhere... Let's all travel through the blackhole they have created into the good ol'days when everything was simpler. Welcome to Let's Play Minecraft Like It's 2010 Again. Hey dude, don't forget the hoppers will grab a lot of your exp too. There was some floating around in the back. I think carpet? or slabs can fix that? I'm not 100% sure though.

@@TattooZombie82 You're right! Carpet is the best option as it's basically just a thin layer that prevents that from happening and they aren't a full block so allow mob drops to pass through. Slabs work just as well, they're just a bit taller.

I've been trying to record a minecraft lets play for over a year now because of how much pressure was on me from wanting it to be perfect and from trying to please other people based on how other people play minecarft, but watching neo made me realize I can play/make videos how I want to and people will enjoy it.

26:40 hostile mobs other than the warden or from dungeons don't spawn in deep dark biomes :) also, potions of night vision are pretty easy to make and they make exploring skulk a lot easier.

I think you used to need full source blocks all the way along the channel for entities to float. I'm not sure if you just had a single source block at the top and flowing for the rest but even then, I believe Mojang might have nerfed water so that entities no longer float. I was gonna suggest soul sand is the choice but you did that already! Glad you got it working! Good job dude!

I honestly cannot express how happy I am that you're back to doing your lets plays. One of the reasons I subscribed to you years ago is because you're so good at this style of video - slow, chill, relaxed but still super entertaining and fun. It's your personality that's appealing, not the fancy editing or click bait stuff that other RU-vidrs use. There are loads of hyperactive, fast paced, over edited Minecraft RU-vidrs, but there's only one Neo. I really hope you get to 1M because I know it would mean a lot to you, but don't forget there are still so so many of us that already think you're amazing 💕 thank you for all the hours of thought, time, effort and dedication that you put into these videos. Also, you can crow dripstone if you put water above it, like when you put lava above it for a lava farm. If you put water above it they stalactites will drip and grow so it’s good to make it a bit higher up than you would a lava farm

awesome series man. try putting some carpets on top of the hoppers so that the XP doesn’t get stuck in it. at the end of the vid i saw some stuck so maybe something to keep in mind :)

Hi Lee 9457 I love ur double spawner. Just a suggestion: put carpet down on the hoppers so you don't lose your XP. Not sure if they fixed that. I remember making a mob spawner and kept wondering why most of my XP was missing. Keep up the great work 💪! Love ur vids 🙂👍

Just a heads up, you were right in your assumption. Hostile mobs cannot spawn inside of the deep dark / on top of skulk blocks. The only hostile mob that spawns down there is the warden! Funny how it's so safe yet so risky all at the same time.

That iron vein is all part of one vein. If you did that all out, you get so much iron. More than enough to build a beacon and however many hoppers you may want. Obviously with fortune you'll get more 😂

Loving the series, Neo! It may be in your best interest not to fret about the cows being outside the pen. Cows are going to naturally spawn in and out of the pen and it’d be miserable worrying about where the cows are getting out if they aren’t actually getting out at all lol. (unless the amount of stray cows becomes concerning, then you should definitely check it out)

I think it would be really cool if you made a huge Lookout tower out of like spruce logs and Mangrove planks that goes above the trees in the Mega Taiga biome you found, like the towers in those National parks I feel like it would make for a nice cozy secondary base

Hey Neo! A way to make the well look a little better is put the 4 slabs in the very middle above the water up half a block and then use one more chain so that there’s not a bump going down in the middle of the well!

Hey Neo, Im sure you know this already, but you can turn on subtitles, and it will say what the noises are, and the direction they are coming from. Some people think its cheating, but personally I think its a great feature to use; saves time and resources when you are trying to find something. You could give it a try next time you are caving? Love the videos.
