1:13: I assumed this was just meant to be an unsettling remix of the normal SMW theme? I agree with your assessment of this level. Sometimes I felt like I was playing until I hit a dozen grey platform jumps in a row, so I wish they were toned down a bit, level theme aside. Pressing both A and B to jump can help a bit; even if you spinjump when you meant to regular jump, it's still typically better than not jumping. I made it to the midpoint with a powerup three times before I figured out I was just meant to tank a hit there. Not sure what I was thinking.

Instantly figured it out! I did not know what the hell was expected from me when I got here first lol
Tough level! I didn't even get the midway at all, as I never figured out That Jump before the midpoint. Not sure how I beat the level without it. P.S. you can slide kill hopping flames as well.
i really like the music even tho its just reversed smw, but man this one is just not very fun to play for me sadly like the platforms just feel broken or something
i think those platforms are probably like 3 frames to jump or something. yeah it feels bad to not have feedback about whether you pressed early or late. i think its probably significantly worse the more input latency you have on your setup. i played this on console so i had pretty minimal latency i guess, but it looks like the level took me about 21 minutes and about 30 deaths
