I played the original, both the boy and the girl, for GBA and while this game is really cool there are a few things they changed that I don't agree with. 1)Changing names: That was just stupid and pointless imo. They should have stuck with the cool og names. [OG name > New name] Ann > Ran, Barley > Mugi, Doug > Dudley, Elli > Elly, Mary > Marie, May > Mei, Stu > Yu, Won > Huang 2)This change ticked me off a bit and made me ask "What they heck were they thinking?" They took away Grays hat, how could they do that? Gray looks incomplete without his signature hat. He NEEDS his hat back dang nabbit.

I played the original as a little girl, both the male and female editions (they always gave each gender their own game in this series back then…and the boy version always came out like a year before the girl one for some reason 😩), and LOVED IT! cant wait to get a copy and play myself! The only way i could be more PUMPED is if they remade ‘A Wonderful Life’ (the gamecube version). Hint hint nintendo.

Her name WAS Ann in the GBA and PS1 versions, but it seems like they changed a few names for some reason. They also changed their designs to make them more unique from the N64 versions.

I still play the original FoMT to this day and every time she misses a schedule by 30minutes/3second in the game, or when she bought Won/Huang’s seed I screamed because Huang’s seeds takes so long to grow and expensive 😂

If you cut your weeds instead of picking them up you can get different dry grass. Which you can sell

My goshhhhh, my most most mosttttttttt favourite game ever. I play this since it enter ps1 n bcome addicted since then. When the girl version came out (still in Japanese) I still insist to play it n manage to finish all of it. After they released it once again in psp/vita (if I wasn't mistake) I play it once again. N now on Nintendo 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 can't wait to play it again. This game just never grow old on me🤣🤣🤣🤣 n Thanks for ur review on this game😘😘😘😘😑😘

Gray was my absolute fave and husband when i played the original. Since I won't be able to afford playing this one, i would just like to thank you for letting me experience it with you. Also, kinda sad gray doesn't have his signature hat anymore. 😢

This one is so close to Back to Nature that it makes me want to get it haha. It's definitely my favorite but I know a lot of people have love for the 64 version

It’s pretty much the same like the harvest moon : more friends of mineral town gba version anyway. The map, characters and scenery. Only the fact that gba version is 2D animation

This is my first harvest moon game and these days are way too fast. I feel like I can't tend to the veggies, fish, and tend to the animals in one day all while I'm supposed to getting to know the townsfolk. Does this get easier? Feel like I'm missing a lot of things lol
