Jase Medical, Contingency Medical, and Duration Health have antibiotic kits. These kits are approximately $300 and are FSA reimbursable. Most come with at least 5 different antibiotics. Some come with eye drops and other over the counter remedies which you will need in a pinch.

It will be a great idea for folks to stock up on vitamins. These items will be GREAT in BOOSTING your immune system but will be very beneficial for bartering. Also, the increase in water intake will assist in flushing out impurities.

With the phone situation, let’s say something does happen but not in like 10 years from now, a phone I buy today may not be any good because technology changes so fast, it doesn’t make sense to buy something that is not going to be functional years from now. What I do is I keep a backup phone and when the phone is 3 years old I update it. Because we all know that an iPhone 7 right now really isn’t good for much especially with 5g and all that… also consider SIM cards.
