I had never heard of this subscription box before. What a great idea. Shopping is hard and having someone weed out the flotsum and jetsum is a huge help. I worked in wardrobe for TV and film for decades and loved shopping for the different actors/characters in each project because I'm not an off the rack person and don't enjoy shopping for myself. Here in Canada, there's only one or two stores that even carry my size so I end up running the risk of buying something 100s of other fat men bought. That worries me because who doesn't hate showing up somewhere in the same thing someone else is wearing? Add to that the size thing and all of a sudden I look like I'm if some kind of fat gang. It's one of the reasons I taught myself to sew. I need to be original! xox

This really is a fun box to get! My idea of fashion is wearing sweatpants with holes in them, a hoodie that has either grease stains or any stain on it, socks that have seen much better days and old sneakers. My mother would cringe every time I entered her home. I do get it together for work and social events. But I just really can’t be bothered. So this box is helping me get my fashion elevated. I LOVE that you sew!!!! That’s such a valuable and ingenious skill. I’ve always been enamored and impressed by sewers. To be able to make your own clothing is one of the baddest ass things one can do. I tip my hat to you, my dear friend!!💖💖💖

I didn’t!!!🫣 I’m really trying to build up enough courage, I guess I’d say, to show my whole body here. With as crappy as people are about others when they’re not stick thin, I just haven’t wanted to deal with nasty comments or hurtful jabs made at me about my figure. It’s unfortunate that I’m not made of steel and that my feelers get hurt when someone makes fun of me or puts me down. I’m working on it. And hopefully, by the next time I get another box, I’ll be able to model the clothes with a big smile on my face. I realize me just showing the clothes isn’t the best way to see how they fit.
