Let's Shop For Fall Endeavor Supplies! (July 2019) 

I just graduated college and this is my first year not buying school supplies. I’m actually kinda sad. I love stationary and anything that gives the illusion that I have my life together.

I love school supply shopping so this video makes me look forward to it :)

What I hate about some schools is that they ask you for something but then you never use it throughout the year

As a teacher who has a summer job to pay for supplies for my kiddos who don't have them, I appreciate your support for your children and their school community.

Omg. I could cry. As a teacher, like several others have commented, this seriously warms my heart. I have parents complaining about having to buy TWO boxes of Kleenex. I don’t think they realize how often junior high kids fake blow their nose just to go talk with their friends sitting by the garbage can/ Kleenex box 😂 those boxes go fast! Sorry, parents. Forgive us for not wanting your kids to wipe their noses on their shirts when they’re actually sick. Thank you for this. Always so wonderful to see supportive parents. It truly does take a village. Edit: omg. You bought EIGHT Lysol wipes?! Ah. You’re a saint. I’m lucky if half the students bring in the 1 we request on the list. Speaking on behalf of all teachers, we appreciate your generosity more than you will ever know.

I'm watching this in 2020 and seeing people being able to go into a store and see things like hand sanitizer, lysol wipes, and toilet paper almost seems like a fever dream nowadays.

Thank you for purchasing all the supplies with such a great attitude. As a single mother of 3, I know it can add up. However, as a teacher, I know how we use them. Fun stations, math journals and notes, projects that are hands-on and not just worksheets! Back when I was in school, we just needed paper and pencils, but now they have to know so much more, so much earlier and pass huge tests on it. Teachers are under so much pressure to make sure students are exposed to the material in so many different ways. I spend hundreds of my own money a year buying supplies for students that don't have any. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This was always my favourite thing to do! My mom would make a day of it - school supplies, a couple new outfits and a pair of shoes + east side Mario’s for lunch! Great memories.

I always send in extra stuff. I swear the younger kids eat the pencils for a snack they go through them so fast lol I worked in a school and the expo markers and glue sticks went fast too. Kids forget to put the caps on and they dry out.

As a future teacher this warms my heart!! Most of the places that I have student taught seriously lack supplies due to stubborn parents, and it is so refreshing to see a parent with such a good attitude about pitching in for classroom supplies.

The kids in the UK just got off school on the 19th July, thinking about school already is saddening lol

the man at walmart with the sodas was probably a member of AP (asset protection) that works for the store, and they follow people who they may feel are suspicious & he probably felt like that bc you were openly filming, they can’t really confront you or anything unless they actually catch you doing something illegal.

I'm a custodian at an elementary school and I can confirm that the lead from regular pencils break off when they sharpen them too much, fall on the floor and mark it up just as bad. 😂

As somebody with a teacher as a close friend, thank you. I can't tell you how often he tells me that parents just absolutely refuse to buy a few extra items for the class and he ultimately pays for it himself out of his unfairly and unreasonably small income.

I'm a teacher in the UK I love some of the different names you have. We call Pencil pouches, pencil cases and we call sheet protectors, plastic folders.

Teachers deserve a lot, I know my mother gets a little mad when she has to buy so much, but I’m just a “pre-teen” and I understand how hard it is for you lovely teachers, but I know that it’s mainly because that the school doesn’t pay for it, they have to take out their own money for supplies for the children. Bless ya’ll teachers hearts!

As a senior in high school who just graduated, this reminds me of the times when I would go back to school shopping🥺 (my favorite part of the back to school season!) The only part of school that I will miss lol! Awesome video!

Here in Australia we just get sent a list of school supplies and we tick the boxes for the stuff we want and then pay online for it and it gets delivered to your house. Although shopping is always cheaper the box is just super handy.

I’ve met some of my friends parents when I was in elementary school who didn’t have the money for food because of financial issues and they still tried to get everything for their children to take to school and I would sometimes give them so things that I had extra
