You walk into a cafe. The man behind the counter is jumping from machine to machine, filling everyone's orders before they can even place them, even yours. You begin to ask him how he knew, but he just says, "get out of here! I'm on WR pace!"

Nothing like Eazy telling me I'm loved while shadowy figures stare into the depths of my soul.

The fact its realistic horror accurately showing dangers of stalking makes it 10x scarier

horror game speedruns have got to be one of my favorite subgenres. I mean, just imagine you're some horrifying demon or cursed spirit, trying to steal this guy's soul. And he just sprints past you like the obstacle you are, jumps around like a madman (optimal speed), and proceeds to fall through the ground. I mean, who's the real demon here?

First time watching a playthrough of this i jumped at half the jumpscares i dont think i could ever speedrun a horror game like this

Fun fact: The guy in the bus was not staring at you, he was staring at the stalker behind you and also you can see the stalker when you get off the bus, just a fun little detail :). Edit: MA HEY MA I'M FAMOUS TIS IS AWESOME

I would 100% go back to a cafe where someone already knows my order even if I've never walked in. You mean none of us have to talk? That gets uber drivers a 5 star review.

I love how speedrunning that kind of game destroys the horror element. "What? A stalker? Ok whatev I've got coffee to make!"

I'm gonna be honest here amd mention the line at 12:37 I've had a rough *rough* week, full of breaks, police visits and a drive to the hospital. And just in that exact week, after years of no big incidents, you happen to upload a speedrun of this lowkey old-ish game and say that line. And I just so happened to fall asleep to this video and wake up halfasleep the moment you say it and 3 days later I came back to listen again. It's pretty cool how much something so little can impact and stick with someone so much, and even more so that you had the idea to say that in that quiet, sit it out moment. Just, thank you. I'm sure I wasn't the only one who needed to hear it this week.

Seeing him making all those coffees at that speed is what it feels like when the person who trained you jumps in during a rush.

I'm so used with Manly's way of playing to the point that seeing someone speedrunning a horror game like this feels unreal.

this dude remembering the most long ass orders meanwhile I barely remember what I ate today for lunch. all jokes aside learning all that mustve took very long, I applaud you and your dedication to speedrunning

I love imaginating coworker yelling at his/her collegue for arriving late, but she do the job like a robot. Also I love the contrast between the MC during the gameplay vs cutscene. Like the MC gameplay edition is litterally God knowing every order of the clients and clip through wall and you have cutscene MC where she is like "OMG, there's a stalker following me and take pictures of me and leaving in the coffee shop!"

That little wholesome moment was what I needed to hear :’)

We'll just imagine all these folks are regulars, and our barista is FANTASTIC at her job. Chilla's Art makes really solid games with plenty of effort. Some are partial work sims like this one, while others are more varied. ManlyBadassHero plays them on his channel regularly when they release - I recommend him!

Imagine walking into a cafe and the barista is already making your order... You notice that the barista makes some extra drinks just before the cafe closes The next day you come early, you can still see the drinks barista made yesterday, they seem to be still hot after all these hours

I was feeling so crappy yesterday. This video helped me feel better. One of my favorite Chilla games, and love watching it in the style of a speed run. Perfect to have on loop while I play games slowly

iirc the man on this bus was looking behind us and at the stalker, and after you get off the bus the stalker is looking at us from the back window as it drives off

i just played this game yesterday, and i messed up the girlbosses orders like 8 times, so seeing you finish the whole game in the time it took me to get one order right was very funny

4:45 I'm sure others who have experience in the service industry already said this, but this is more common than you think. Many restaurants and cafes have regular customers that ~always~ order the same things. I myself have served multiple people who have their orders already waiting for them on their usual table before they even stepped inside the place.
