Thanks for the info. I think Im going to buy this engine, as of now it and the 003 are the only ones available at Amain. What pipe works well with it? I need one with a broad range, not all top end, as our tracks are not too big. Did this included turbo plugs work for you? Ive picked up a Hyper 7 pbs and an HB 817, which will get the SH. The hyper has an Orion 26 in it. My $50 fixer upper car ;)
39:34 Kinda reminds me of the Novarossi 2 needle carbs that came on my P5 and Bonito, albeit without the aluminum section that protrudes out opposite of the slide boot side.
These companies need to update that collet they include these days mostly everyone wants to run a modern 4 shoe I call it losi 8ight style buggy clutch witch u need a smaller collet the collet there including is still the large cone collet used in the infamous 3 shoes old school like savage old ofna clutch even the dynamite .28 rtr engine that engine only come in the 8ight rtr ND if u get new today they still give u a old big collet
You're correct, the Losi style clutch requires a short collet. And with that being the most popular, that makes sense. I guess it never occurred to me because I have a bin of 50-60 collets so I can always find the one I need.
Bingo. This SH big block carb, and the Losi 3.4/Trx 2.5-3.3 carb, are the only carbs I am aware of that have those aluminum caps. The composite material is also similar and unlike most other composites.
@@NitroTalkwithTodd I'm interested in wat ultrasonic cleaner you use u should do a video on ur method I bought the littel toaster oven size one doesn't have a heater ND doesn't seem to do anything unless I use like gasoline for a solution
