Let's Talk About Altered Scales 

In this video I introduce you to altered scales - basically, modes of the harmonic and melodic minor but starting on the "altered" notes.
Hence: g♯ a b c d e f from the harmonic minor and f♯ g♯ a b c d e from the melodic minor. I also give you a couple of arpeggio patterns you can use.
