🌸🌸🌸Mori, I am in absolute tears right now because I relate SO much to everything you just said (also happy tears, congratulations on your engagement, that warms my heart SO much!!). 🌼🌼🌼 Last year was in incredibly hard year for me as well due to my health and burning myself out physically and mentally. My hormones went crazy and that gets SO scary when it drastically affects your bleeding, weight, and emotions. I changed everything in my life a few months ago in order to put my health and happiness FIRST, no matter the sacrifice. It was incredibly difficult. I even had to end the 5 year relationship I was in to do this. 🌼🌼🌼 I have spent the last few months happier and feeling much better. I have allowed myself more kindness, patience and forgiveness. Small steps are steps forward, no matter how small, a step is still a step. Allowing myself rest on days I need it, not pushing myself. Doing what makes me happy without feeling guilty or "lazy". Not having to worry about anyone or anything else except myself and not feeling bad about it. I listen to my body and my heart now and I allow myself to do what it tells me. 🌼🌼🌼 Everything you said is spot on and very encouraging. This will also be my best year because I will follow my heart when it comes to art, love, interests and passions. Thank you for sharing so much with us, I hope you know how much it touches others so that we don't feel quite so alone and we are all in this together 🌸🌸🌸 We love you!🤍💖

Sorry for all the troubles you faced last year. It’s understandable that creating content didn’t become a priority. Try not to feel bad about that. Last year was tough for me too. I experienced major burn-out from college and felt horrible for dropping out. I recently realized that I wasn’t up for hustle culture (which is prevalent in my country) and that it’s ok to take my time and go at my own pace. I’m trying to take one step at a time this year. Let’s both live life at our own paces :)

Thankyou for this video mori San i guess i really needed this. Last year i was really unproductive if it comes on my school studies, language studies and making youtube videos. I feel like i am really lazy and unproductive. At the start of the year i felt like this year will be a productive year but i am not even trying to make it productive. But this video really motivates me now. I really like this when you said that even if you edit a video for 10 minutes it's still a progress. And small progress is still a progress. I know what I'll do now I'll take small steps even if i am studying for 30 minutes regularly it's still a progress. Thankyou mori San for this video.
