When I first started working at the comic book store that I sadly no longer work at, my original co worker was a girl. And it was frustrating the amount of timed people would come in and be like “girls don’t know anything about comics” and stuff like that
Ok so I absolutely agree on every point you made why winter soldier (the movie) is your favourite. I'd just like to add one of my favourite reasons. I think it's incredibly well done with revealing hydra. In the beginning you absolutely have no clue it's actually in shield. And when fury tells Steve more and more gets slowly uncovered. And you see people you never thought be part of hydra. And it just makes you stop and think. Like you as a viewer actually trusted them at the beginning of the movie. I think the only person that I mistrusted from the very beginning was Sitwell. But the first time viewing I was questioning every person if they're hydra or not, if Steve should trust them or not. Alright I gotta give another reason lok. The ending of the movie, Natasha's statement? God it opened up so so many opportunities and she was so badass. (I was so gay at that moment) Now after this reason I will stop myself: I really like that it played in Washington. That they actively divided steve from what he knows. Boy grew up in Brooklyn. He probably left new york for the first time during war. I feel like putting him into a different city just makes his whole plotpoint of being out of time even bigger? By putting him not only out of time but also out of space.
I also have to add that I completely get your point with endgame. I for myself have to say that my friends ruined some scenes for me with their very strong opinions and not letting it go after the first time they told me about them. I absolutely love the portal scene. I remember being so overwhelmed and crying out of joy. The fighting scene? Absolutely amazing. I just feel (like you) that they could have done better with the first part of the movie. Unfortunately some scenes that I absolutely loved got destroyed for me. But I'm not letting anyone make the portal scene bad because that was absolutely f*cking amazing
I think I had a chat to you about Marvel or Disney when I went into the Disney store to buy something once and you served me at the til. I also told you how much I love watching your videos. My favourite Marvel character is also Winter Soldier :) Hope you are staying well

I loved Endgame but i COMPLETELY AGREE!! I've also got a lot of boys who I went to college with in complete shock that I actually knew my facts about Marvel and apparently knew more than them! I've been around the MCU since Iron Man and pride myself on my knowledge lol Hope you're keeping well, love the makeup :) xx
I recently watched Endgame for the 6th time, and I have to say that I agree. I mainly watch it for the opening, the Natasha-Vormir scene and the final fight scene. I've also been re-watching your videos and wanted to thank you for creating content that, 1. I can relate to, and 2. helps me get through this mentally draining stage of my year. I hope you're also holding on during this time :)

If you do a ranking, I really hope you go easy on Thor 2, Age of Ultron, and Ant-Man. Those are the most underrated. Also, most people love Civil War and happens to be my favorite MCU movie.
See this is what I've said since I seen it in cinema is infinity war is the empire strikes back of the lot, and endgame is return of the Jedi. The set up is better than the pay off/ ending. What's better about infinity I feel and I heard one director say it, was it's like a vinguette (bad spelling), basically 6 mini films in one. Each one is a perfect small film in its own right and comes together better. And thank you queen for saying you like dark phoenix. I feel no one else likes it, I also feel X-Men last year got a rough deal I think any super hero film other than end game last year was going to get the butt end of the cigar regardless. I was very much a sound student in my degree. In my course they never specialised enough, didn't have someone to teach it properly so had to find bits out myself which isn't much. Even In these times now I go over shows I used to watch hear background music in them which can't be found anywhere so best I can do is invert what I have which has varied results..... Btw please say you have the rogue cut of X-Men days of future past ?
You rock the hybrid Rogue look! Very well done, indeed. As for your anecdote, I don't think it became too much of a rant. Certainly not more than it should have been. I'm just thinking aloud, but regarding your clueless customer: In the movie "L.A. Story", Steve Martin's character, who is overly self-conscious around a person he finds very attractive, says that showing off is the idiot's version of being interesting, and nothing screams FAIL like failing when showing off. It leads to further fail by then assuming the unimpressed person suddenly hates the fail-er, as a child might, resulting in further ham-handed, childish behavior such as taunting and cruelty instead of cleverness and gentle teasing. Ultimately, when that follows to the inevitable end, there's dismissal or defensive attack instead of apology for clumsiness and retreat. I'm thinking that's the gears at work in the brain of your "suitor" in your story. (And it's not an excuse for male misbehavior, just a flowchart.) There's functionally no less misogyny, but it's not nearly as premeditated. (Which I say mostly to hope it's true and that there is not an actual war of the sexes --still-- going on, because I dislike needless conflict and abhor the senseless and cruel. Also I'm rubbish in a fight.)

i very recently got into marvel and watched endgame literally 3 days ago and thought exactly what you said, i don't think endgame is up there in the best avengers films apart from the last half. I feel like its way long winded for what it needs to be
Disagreement: Avengers:IW = NO Surprise(!) - Thanos won! ;-)...Avengers:Endgame = BIIIGEST Surprise in Marvel Movies - Iron Man's Dead! Nothing(!!!) compares with that Dead!!!!!!!
You look amazing! I also agree with you about Endgame. When i first saw it i loved it and then it sat for a few days and I realized how much of it was just fan service and they things they did to Thor just upset me. I also didn't like Steves's ending but i think that was personal thing. I loved the fight scene and Tony's Ending i though was really good. I don't even talk about the "gay" character because that just pissed me off.
