Not all girls, During my period, sure it was painful but like i barely noticed it. My exams were also on that week, it was a bit tiring but i got over it as if nothing happened. Ig the main thing is, i wanted to say, Don't let Ur period cramps Demotivate U. Always be that amazing shining star 💗
It’s the opposite for me 😭 I get this huge burst of energy a few days before my period and it carries through until it ends so I always want to be running or working out. It actually hurts less if you do but once you stop moving for even a minute… ouch 😣 The pain is like 10 times worse than before lol but I never learn and keep exercising during that week only to regret it later 😅
bro i do ballet and ppl on their periods cant even skip class or wear a skirt and be exposed under beasiclly underwear (leotard) and not be able to change a pad between like a 7 hr rehearsal

the iron supplements part is soo true coz recently i when i had my periods i was so exhausted and used to get blackouts sm. And the worst part is that there was smth up w my uterus (i cant remember the name) so i was bleeding even MORE then usual. the usual cycle last for abt 3-5 days. I BLED FOR 18-20 DAYS. thank god i dont hv cramps or i would've died. but yeah later i got checked and found out i have like 6.3 haemoglobin(the average rate is 12-14 and anything below 6.5 could be fatal) and when i started taking iron supplements BOY did i feel that energy in me rise. in only 2 MONTHS i have 13 haemoglobin now
I learned how to put on a pad at 8 from my mom so that I could be ready whenever it would come, and one year later my period came at the age of 9... It was very painfull but I know that periods are part of our life and we SHOULDN'T BE AFRAID!! 😌
Yeah, YOU CAN’T JUST TAKE IRON SUPPLEMENTS lol. Even if you get a prescription (after years of trying, usually), you have to follow a strict diet so you can stomach them. Talk to your doctors y’all
almost 1 in every 3 girls is anaemic lol. so it’s best you get a blood test done and supplements taken, because it’s highly likely you have at least mild anaemia.

I have no idea when people say they have cramps...........I got mine when I was 9 and no cramps at all.......I even when to my kickboxing classes like usual.
How old r u now though? When i first got my period (13 years old) it didn’t hurt at all and no cramps whatsoever, but the last 2 years ( I’m 20 now ) the cramps are crazy hurtful

Well it's my third day and I don't ever feel any pain or look pale...... I'm so lucky to be like this I'm energetic all day and sometimes when I see my friends dying because of it then I even question if they are normal but they truly are normal
the fact that i am the same age as june (12) and got my first period when i was 9. my jaw dropped when i heard june hasnt gotten her period. I MEAN LIKE SHE'S SO LUCKY!!!!

An advice I want to give girl is EXERCISE! Before the period comes by few hours. There was a time I walked ALOT I was dying that day cuz I walked alot. I didn't even notice that I had my period cuz there was no pain at all! Without exercise, I would have been on my bed the whole day in pain. But there are times I do exercise and it does nothing. Maybe It depends on nutrition also. But last time I was pushing my niece's car around the house for a a long time and it relieved alot of the pain.
Can you do another period vid but about Periods IN SCHOOL 🏫. (My school has a very strict uniform and while wearing a pad you can see the mark 😭is there any girlies who can give me some tips??)
By Mark if you mean that it's the impression of the pad that's visible on your clothes, try wearing looser clothes or wear tights first before you put on your uniform, also you could try a different brand of pads that's thinner

That is not really how anemia works necessarily, it won't set in that quickly. If someone has menstrual pain that bad they probably have underlying issues like uterine fibroids or other causes of heavy menstruation. Those who get enough iron in their diet or through supplements will definitely not become anemic out of nowhere just because of periods. The body has ways of adjusting for the blood loss
Ok now I’m not scared at ALL for my period. First: there’s so many things you can do to decrease the bad symptoms. Second: it’s natural! Everyone gets it. You don’t need to be scared or embarrassed to get it. Third, SO many people are supporting you, but you don’t need to tell a lot about it. ❤ Thank you for this video Jazmine! ❤
