Looking forward to getting my hands on one. 3D printing really has helped with prototyping and mould's for all parts for pre-production testing. I have been a faithful customer with the first Class 1 on my 5SC then Version 2 on my 5B, then a VEKTA-5 LSE followed by the KV5TT, hoping for a rock bouncer or Super Stadium Truck in fifth scale here is hoping that you will still bring out 5th scale gas or even an electrc, as I am slowly getting my head round LiPo brushless with my TRAXXAS UDR 30 degree's North Super Desert Truck, I have eght gas and counting maybe room for a Raminator in my fleet although I am not a Monster Truck guy, maybe dragster instead. Maybe once this hit's the streets more will come to production and small ones may have room in my workshop.
I have been signed up on the Indiegogo page, and watched all of the videos. We are very excited about this!!! Can you share the dimensions? I see the comparison to the Axial...but I don't have one of those. If you could share the wheelbase and width, that would be awesome. Thanks!!
Looks awesome. My only concern is suspension. Seen the new trailer today and just watching it on mild terrain it looks as if it’s not absorbing bumps and rough spots like a lot of vehicles do. I’m sure some of it may have been the shocks cause it looked low to the ground. Some of the pictures where the ride height looked higher gives me hope that the travel will be perfect. We will see. 👍
Looks good but it looks a little tight for electronics. I honestly don't know how a 4s system would fit. The castle sidewinder is pretty small and the can was right on the esc. There's nothing wrong with a 3s 1/10 thats plenty of power for most but 4s I think will be a stretch. That looked like a 3s battery that barely fit. Looks great I would still get one but just some small things I noticed, since I'm looking to purchase this I'm looking at all the things that I would do especially if you say it's capable to do so. You know if you say its 4s capable someone will try to fit a 150a esc in there.
F Garcia good eye, yes as of now. It’s tight and might rework the chassis to fit a 4S battery or not. When we ran her on 3S it was plenty fast and I am happy to how she performed!
@@krakenrc thank you for the response again I think 3s is plenty and its looking solid. All I'm saying is just be careful with the 4s talk, unless its actually a done deal. Would hate that be the reason that people knock you. Just some unsolicited advice.
F Garcia the 4s is not all talk, the layout drivetrain is from a RC monster truck that we OEM for a very well known RC Company. I’m not at liberty to share who. It handles 4S power all day long. You will be floored if we tell you who. But we can’t.
@@krakenrc I'm not saying all talk, I'm sure it can handle 4s ive bought you're hop ups and can see the quality. Thats why I'm stoked for this. I'm just saying dimension wise it doesn't seem to have the room, thats all I'm saying. The smallest 4s system that I can think of is the hobbywing max10 and motors are usually about 3665 or 3670 more common. The castle sidewinder is on the small side. Thats all I'm saying, just reading comments on other cars when people don't have the room to put the system that they want they knock it. So I'm just imagining someone trying to fit a blx185 in and a motor and complaining that a 4s motor doesn't fit or a 4s battery doesn't fit. I'm trying my best to give something to think about and how the community will react. Again I'm not saying your liars or just talk. I apologize if I'm coming off as negative, I'm not trying to be. I'm trying to be constructive and help you guys in my opinion. Sorry for the long rant and again I'm looking forward to this and wish you guys nothing but success!
