I like the aesthetics of the wallet, kinda like these oldtime-y cigarette or business card cases… I was impressed by the spring strength holding the single credit card without any issues, the design seems really thought through. Might check out their kickstarter ^^

What a great design! Of all the "expensive" wallets out there for me this is the most tasteful. Almost has an Art déco feel to it.

Not sure I want to fiddle that much putting my bills in, but that is a very cool design. I would consider that for certain occasions, but probably not EDC. Pretty impressive for a totally original idea.

Good review as always. I wont buy a wallet anymore until I see your review. I have had good luck with folding 1 or 2 bills and slipping them in between the cards in my Trayvax Ascent and Org2.0 wallets. They are secure, easy to retrieve, and hidden.

Idk why your channel isn't as big as best damn EDC but you're on top of most anything EDC and you seem to give a go at anything that you can get your hands on! Keep on keeping on Bud!

Hey thanks! Both of our channels started about the same time but his channel really took off. The algorithm doesn’t really show me any love but whatever, I’m still having fun and absolutely love it.

@@ChrispyThings great attitude and me personally, id rather watch your videos any day of the week 😉 Taylor is definitely solid and everything, but i often don't have the time or care to dedicate 30 minutes of my time on ONE video about a $30 flashlight hahaha 🤣 I like them short and sweet, but with every detail I want to know about. Hence why I watch 50 of your videos to every 1 of his LoL 😁 Yeah, YT algorithm is whacked for sure!!!

being from Switzerland I have the feeling I should support the kickstarter because I like minimalist wallet, this one does not look that sexy though. Doesn't the curl scratch the cards with time, especially if you happen to have the magnetic band right under it?

Time will tell, but looking at it closely the curl has very minimal contact with the cards other than the very edge.

Does anybody know of a good ID card holder? Would need to hold about 6 cards. Most ID holders are junk. Haven't found a good solution. Currently using a Trayvax Summit, but the big black band blocking the ID card isn't ideal.

Take look at the Dango series of wallets. Crispy has done some very good reviews on them.

@@swe_nurse8121 The GOVO is almost what I'm looking for. The Muradin might work, but it is 1/2" thick and overthought a bit. IMO. I might try replacing the nylon strap on my Summit with a strand of paracord first.

I was posting only once a week because the last 2 films I worked on were on 13-16 hour days for the past 4 months. . Sometimes 6 days a week. With that schedule I can only record on Saturdays, releasing once a week. Those have since wrapped so now I’m on an every other day schedule until I get caught up with the pile of gear that’s been waiting for reviews, some for months now. But it’ll sometimes vary.

@@ChrispyThings what do you do as work on films? Im an audio guy myself, but just for my passion and love for live music recording bands like Phish, and everything in-between in the hippie/EDM scene. But its only a hobby. I've had a handful of chances to go on the road with some of my favorite bands and archive/record for them, but turned them all down. I didn't want it to become a chore and something i would get sick of after awhile. So I've spent the last 25 years recording Phish, to Papadosio to Tipper to Sam Bush, and EVERYTHING in-between. And I only use the best gear money can buy (ie. Schoeps microphones and Sound Devices audio recorders)!!! Anyway, im glad you found the energy to still do videos!!! But yeah, this is one of the most original wallet designs I've seen, but unfortunately for them, at least IMO, terrible execution...... I wouldn't use one of those if THEY paid ME 😅
