Check out this great running McCulloch Super Pro 125 that came into my shop this month. They are renowned as "The King of the Woods" and likely the last great saw McCulloch ever made. A pretty common saw for timber cutters, tree services and state organizations at the time.
Boasting a 7.5 cubic inch motor, 123cc, it had enough power to pull a long bar and .404 chain.
What a great chainsaw, and I'm so happy to add one to the collection I have here to share with our customers!

Great Saws! Happen to be the owner of one since Brand New! SP125C low hours well maintained stored over 25 years! Started it up couple weeks ago for couple minutes. Listed it a few times, Bad Ass Saws! They earned the Name "King of the Woods" used them in pacific Northwest and West Coast for years, Had Many over the years, kept a couple. Not Many available these days

Ps they may feel heavy yet when you lay it on a piece of wood and squeeze it off, IT EATS! Big Smiles. 53 inch roller nose bar on mine with 1/2 inch chain Full course. Hope you find some wood that takes the whole bar and enjoy it!

What made these even better was to put a 101 engine into them, all the compression and power.

Awesome saw, but I'm concerned that a mechanic can't change a battery in a smoke detector 😂🤦

Paul Newman’s saw in Sometimes a Great Notion, as far as I know. They had guts running without a chain brake!

Everyone is turning things up slow steady wins the race in them old saw torque steady torque. Same with bikes with tracks people think they have a 1000 yamaha sled blows the trans and motors slow and steady .
