I was so excited to use the Turbo Scrub when I got it in the mail, so I had to share it with you guys! This thing is the bomb! It got a lot of the grime out of my shower, and it is so much better. I highly recommend it, it's fun to use too!

Thanks for taking the time to make this video. I lived in both AZ and IL so am familiar with the AZ dust and midwest humidity. The best cleaner for pretty much everything is vinegar. Mix in some baking soda and you have an even stronger cleaner. For the toughest hard water stains on bathroom doors or kitchen grease use vinegar, baking soda, and some dishwasher soap (the crystals, not liquid). Just wipe that on your shower doors and rinse off, easy-peasy lemon-squeezy (but without the lemon!).

This lady doing the video talked over 11 minutes before she did anything with the turbo scrubber. Also, she said how cleaning her bathroom takes all day. I can hardly walk and cannot hold a scrub brush in my hand (my purpose for buying a scrubber) but if it took me all day to clean a bathroom similar to the one she was cleaning, it would be time to hire someone to clean the bathtub /shower. Time is money and if it takes her the entire day to clean just the bathtub I would not even bother to ask how long it would take for her to clean a toilet and the bathroom sink - I would guess 2-3 days to clean a normal size bathroom with a normal amount of dirt from a week of just wiping up but not actually cleaning.

+Linda Erwin well thank you so much for giving a summary of the video! I guess I'll have to be more precise about the time since my exaggeration came across as I was being completely serious that it took me all day to clean the bathroom. My sorry, if you need exact numbers, about 3-4 hours to deep clean. But nice job, you really stuck it to me. I'll watch that from now on. I'm so sorry, I'm sure you get more time during the week to make sure your bathroom is immaculate 24/7. That is just so great! Thank you for watching, and I hope you have a better and happy day.

I had the same problem with my shower floor for years. I tried everything and the stains were still there. The only thing that eventually worked well was TSP. It's a cleaner designed to remove grease ,etc. from surfaces before you paint (purchased at Home Depot). I mixed this dry cleaner with water to form a paste,applied and waited a half hour or so. With gentle scrubbing it lifted immediately and completely. I was so happy to see the stains finally gone! I hope this is helpful.

Awesome! I will have to try that! I'll have to do an updated video to this one. I think I know where some of it comes from. So I had been spraying bleach in there and literally just letting it sit. And every time we showered, you'd see more and more come off. It eventually all came up. White floors, white walls everything. So there's also a tip, if you're a busy person and don't have time to deep clean your shower everyday, like most of us...just spray bleach in your shower, and let it almost self clean. It's a band-aid though, we all still have to deep clean at least once a month, right? Anyways, I finally stopped being lazy and colored my hair a couple weeks ago, I use blonde and the darkest brown without being black. Now on the shower floor, the black residue is back. So it's the hair color that is sticking to the floor. No surprise there I suppose. Hair color is going to stick to porous surfaces. When I did this video originally, I was coloring my hair every 3 weeks with silver color and the same darkest brown. It never got a break. I'm definitely going to try the product you recommended though. Thank you for you tip! And thank you for watching!

Bleach would melt all that mold away. Spray it let it sit 15 minutes then scrub it with soft scrub

2 or 3 bottles of bleach would be needed to be thrown in there (undiluted ) . As well as a hell of a lot of heavy scrubbing, for that manky , filthy , scummy bathroom

PS , thanks for using this on something that’s real life dirty . We all let things go sometimes. And hard water does make things get way more dirty than soft water . Just plain hard water itself makes everything gross . Add bar soap and that’s where the soap scum comes from. Shower gels make less soap scum . But I have a fave bar soap for my sensitive skin . So I use bar soap .

I have hard water and limescale buildup on my shower screens. Cillit Bang cuts through the limescale and soap scum very easily...you just spray it on, let it sit for 5 minutes then give it a light scrub of just wipe it off and then rinse. It works every time.

I usually purchase Cillit Bang Limescale and Shine from our local Super Markets or from Amazon.co.uk as I live in the UK. I've also used a vinegar based window cleaner which worked very well to cut through limescale and soap scum... In a spray bottle 2/3 white vinegar, 1/3 water and 2 tsp dish washing liquid. I use 1 part water, 1 part white vinegar to de-scale my kettle also. White vinegar will change your life! Hahaha

Use ajax, spray bottle of water to ajax powder until a paste consistency worked through with the Turbo scrub after a good scrub now apply plenty of water and Clorox's on shower floor let water Clorox's and ajax sit for ten minutes after the 10 minutes apply another scrub if you do this you 'll be able to remove the dirty stain from the shower floor.

Well I totally agree with dinnalja. How on earth could you let a shower cubicle get in such a state? It must have taken MONTHS and MONTHS to get so dirty. If you clean more often, you don't have to clean so much!! I clean my bathroom THOROUGHLY once a week, and give the shower doors a quick wipe down before I get out. This way, it stays pretty clean. It does not take much time IF you keep on top of the grime - and yes, I do have better things to do with my time rather than clean bathrooms......but this video example shows it's gotta be done - and regularly. I would certainly NOT shower in a shower cubicle as filthy as this one was before she cleaned it.

You could try vinegar in a spray bottle instead of the lemon. It might be a little easier to apply. Thanks for doing the demo by the way. Really helped me decide whether to buy on or not. Lime-a-way is the shit! I started using that a year ago with this hard water remover I found on Amazon. That video is super old, sorry you're just now finding it. Lol! All that black stuff was from the hair dye I was using, it eventually washed away. And now I keep it white with the other stuff. Thanks!

Hey!! I hate cleaning my bathrooms 😭 lol so thanks for this review !! I do know a cleaning products that you won't even need to scrub ... it's called SNAP sanitary bathroom cleaner ... spray leave for a little bit then rinse and squeegee!!! Works soooo well!!

I'll have to check out that product! Thanks for the suggestion! I know, bathrooms are the worst! I actually would rather clean a toilet, then wash dishes though. Yuck!! I don't know if you've ever seen that meme with that wrinkly creature with a "disgusted face", and it says "When doing the dishes, and a piece of food touches you." Something like that, but that's me! Lol! And it's like you get it all sparkling clean, and then the next day, that's it! You took a shower and the steam rolls down the mirror, and now it's all spotty.....uhhhhhhh! I feel your pain.

Baby wipes with vinegar and just stick them on there. All brown dirt gets off with no effort.

if you have the energy wax the tile and door it will save time and help prevent build up next time. They use to sell a product called bath room duck, dont know if it still is available but car wax works the best any way

I find cleaning the bathroom difficult. I bought powdered oxyclean. I make a paste with water and put it on the grout. Then I scrub with a brush. Give it a try it might help with your grout and shower floors.

For cleaning grout use a product with peroxide, there's a product that I use called maurauder ( buckeye brand) then make sure you seal the grout, maurauder has a nice clean smell as well👍

I am at 10:13 and she is finally using the turbo scrub! I hear you lady, everyone has a tough life. Now, about your dirty ass shower. You say you have hard water in Arizona, right? I think you need to clean it more often than you do! That would drive me insane, I would literally go bonkers! And I would keep my cleaning supplies on that ledge and every time I took a shower I would use them to clean the shower up afterwards. By golly don't let it get that way again. FYI I haven't watched the video yet, I don't know how it turned out. I just needed to make a comment because the introduction was so freaking long 🤕🤤

Thank you everyone for watching! I'm thinking of compiling all of the great tips that people in the comments have given me, and doing an update to this one. So if you want me to try something, let me know, and I'll put it in the video. As of now, most of the black is gone, with a slight wash of black hair color on the floor. I still battle hard water. So that's the current state of it just to give you something to think about and work with. Aaaaaaannnndddd....GO!

Shane Dahlke Here's the story behind the lemon: so I found a "recipe", for lack of a better word, that used vinegar, lemon, and Dawn. This worked well, but it was taking a long time. I then thought, "well, what's really eating it off out of all those ingredients?" I figured it was the lemon doing most of the work. So I thought, "ok, let's cut the middle guys out, and use straight up citric acid." And wouldn't you know it, it worked a lot faster than the combination of the three. It made sense. As a demonstration it was pretty crap I would have liked to see the hole process. To much chatter about b.s as for her bathroom how the hell you can even shower in that filth . ZenMaster it's not about the time I work and still manage to keep my house clean . 45 minutes a day that's all that is needed to keep it fresh and clean and one big bathroom, toilet laundry clean once a week . Also for your shower heads here is a tip place white vinegar in a plastic bag tie the bag with a rubber band and leave sit for half hour , then simply run hot water and bingo no more lime scale or mildew build up . Now there is a tip from the keyboard warrior.

How the heck are we suppose to know what cleaned your shower when you put lemons and a cleaner on it. You never really showed us how the scrubber worked on the floors and walls. Anyone can clean a really nasty shower door in under 30 minutes. I will be 70 in Sept. and am disable with a very bad back and even I can put lemon juice on a shower door by sitting on my bath chair. No biggie there. It is the soap scum and the floor along with a little mildew in the crevices where the tile and tub meet that I have my biggest problem. Also a 18 minute video that mostly involved talking, hand gestures, and applying lemon took up 10 minutes of the video. The only reason I hung around is because I was waiting to see you get to the really hard dirty work. Try redoing the video and maybe you will get more likes.

I figured it was more or less the exact same procedure to clean the rest of the shower the same way I did the door. That's why I didn't show all of it. ZenMaster, I truly apologize for my rudeness. I have been in a lot of pain and not a very nice person. My house is gone beyond utter filth. I cannot afford a house keeper and I am too embarrassed to have my family or friends in. Saving up now just to see if I can get someone to come in and clean just the kitchen and bathroom. My outside cabinets and the corners of my floors are utterly filthy. My husband use to help me but now his health is not so good. It is very hard to sweep or mop when you have to use a walker. I have never been a dirty person however I am a clutter bug. Now I am both. Dirty because I cannot do the cleaning and cluttering because I cannot make up my mind to keep or get rid of things. Back on subject though, I really want to know how the cracks and crevices came out in the bathroom and also was the price of the brush worth it. I am sorry that I was so unkind as were so many other people. Enjoy your life. Once you get your problem under control do not let it get out of hand again. Fifteen minutes for a quick scrub is a lot better than a 3 or 4 hour one. I wish I would have heeded my own advice. Cleaning would have been so much simpler now. (In my defense, I didn't knock you for the state of your bathroom. That would be like (the pot calling the kettle black) a little humor.

To each, their own. I'd love to see how you clean your bathroom, and keep it immaculate in the dusty desert while working full time, and doing all of the stuff that comes up after that. I do my best with the time I have. Any good tips you have? Thanks for watching!
