Watch as I try to straighten things that perhaps should of been tossed. Definitely some new type challenges to overcome. Things going slow but good. Would rather be building than repairing. Wait till you see the engine oil cooler done. Decided to upgrade some things. Going with some racing seats now. Also always wanted to have 4 mufflers so.... Building some spark arest baffles to be compliant with rules. Probably won't film, don't want to over do the kart footage but will show the final results. Currently just getting started on that. Thank you all for your support of my channel, Jeff.

Great to see the buggy coming back together. Really can see your attention to detail in the original build, beautiful work. The speed up hammering effect is great, reminds me of Benny Hill. Always enjoy your wildlife cut in shots. ("the wildlife, people -- the wildlife") Thank you for sharing your skills and experience with us!

I was really sad when you crashed. Once I knew you where ok I was sad because of that go kart! I love that thing. I don’t know why I ever for a second doubted you, you never fail to surprise me! Thanks again for another awesome upload! -Ryan

Nice to see things still get fixed rather than getting thrown it in this throw way society. People like you are getting rare. I really did like the video on your waste oil stove in your shop. For I made one similar in my shop that don't use electric to run from a repurposed fuel oil heater.

Great tin work. For me I would probably have just tried to make new fenders but that is not as easy as it sounds i suspect. Cute little buggy.

Never saw a battery like that with a readout, wish I had the skill & equipment you have, I would take my old 2001 Front wheel drive Ford focus, remove the front suspension with eng & transaxel and mount into the rear of a frame like yours, make the tie rods stationary, then on the front of the frame bolt the Crown Vic front end

What are you waiting for? That can be done with an angle grinder and $100 buzzbox. How do you think he started honing his skills? I guarantee it wasn't working in a shop as decked out and equipt as what he's got now.

I can't speak for jeff but a couple years ago a deer ran into me and smashed my hood and one head light. With a 1000$ deductible I decided to fix it myself. I took the broken light out and used a heat gun and utility knife to get a slightly larger shape than the light. Then I put it in the oven on a clean flat sheet until it was soft. Once I got the new piece shaped I used the heat gun to melt the two plastics together like spot welding. It's still on there now and the mechanic never even noticed it when I took it to get inspected.
