If this didn't show up on time! My job JUST TRIED THIS ON ME TODAY!!!! And the sad thing is that my boss knew exactly what I was going to say, wasn't shocked, and still tried to bully me into taking on EXTRA work for NO EXTRA pay. I said "Thank you but I decline to take on extra work". I'm hoping they try me so I can release all of my frustration and anxiety on them.

I feel him cuz I got ppl at my job who are part-time that I didn’t even know were part-time for longest because they worked just as much as I did. But part-time employees don’t get the same medical benefits and when hours need to be cut there’s are the first to go. It’s just businesses way of getting the most out of you without having to give a lot back. It’s nasty work.

2022 Budget said salary for coroner's office was around 30,051 then. Total office budget 101,000, I'm assuming this was pre deputy being hired. Sound about right for a 12,000 rural population county if they're only paying him 20hrs he should only be working 20hrs otherwise they're engaging in wage theft.

if you like the facts he was hired part-time but he needs full-time he's working two other jobs just to pay bills he was working hours he wasn't getting paid for when he first request it they hired three cops full-time cops to do his job when he could work but they didn't want to pick up the bodies he was at work at a other job and they basically told them to go pick a body up he said no I'm not doing it and they say they will have this meeting if he went pick the body up they already have plenty of police force they just wanted three more cops over having a full-time employee

2022 Budget from prower's county shows a total salary budget of 30,051 for the coroner's office, with a total office budget of 101,000 so I'm assuming that's why he only gets 20hrs of pay. County population was under 12,000 from the 2020 census, so I don't know what the typical death rate is or average age of the population. Likely refusing to bump to full time due to the increase Healthcare costs the county would incur and pension deposits etc.
