WOW! For like 27 different reasons! We’re all gettin old together and it makes me feel good to see them out there still rockin. I can’t remember half of the crazy situations I’ve lived through with this music crankin in background. From Bon to Brian truly a part of my life. I’ll be retiring from my job in a couple years, 40years punching the clock, these guys started more than 10years before I did and still diggin what they do. Too cool!
More I think about it more I think he is the best rock guitarist on many criteria ... virtuosity, melodies, riffs, tunes, improvisations, stage antics, dynamism, longevity, entertainer...Bravo Angus !
I remember buying let there be rock about 45yrs ago and playing it on my record player loud as i could and my dad saying if i keep shaking my head it would fall off! 60yr old now and still a head banger and loving it. Thanks Angus and ROCK ON everybody😎
Haha...i remember our neighbor from across the street blowing his really loud hand held 'arooga' horn under my bedroom window to get me to turn my ACDC down❤
Like Me he was born in 1955 JUST like the song says hes playing.lol Im Still rocking at Soundcloud under the name Merlin Official I also worked with AC DC one time long ago lol
I remember seeing AC/DC many times in Sydney .Some Concerts were for free or tickets were 50 cents at the Local pub ,many great Aussies bands did the Sydney ,Melbourne Pub circuit in the 70s and 80s .Such a privileged young man to witness when Bon Scott was the front man .
Yeah, I saw Motorhead in 1984 at the Concert Hall Toronto, packed house of 2000. It was a Tuesday night, and ì had school the next day, I couldn't hear a thing anyone was saying. Its funny, but the old ground stacked P.A. systems of that time for some reason , seemed to knock your hearing out much easier than today's line array systems. Perhaps there was just a high coefficient of distortion in the old rigs compared to line array technology. By the way, I was 13 years old when the Back in Black album came out; what a time to be alive!
GOD blessed us all when this one of few, greatest bands , on Earth. I was 14 when i started playing guitar. Malcom and angus, my influence to play every single day till i was playing along with them. Bon, and into Brian's still going career. I am now 53 and still love to plug in my Gibson and play Rock n Roll with guys from AC/DC. I regret i have never got lucky enough to score a ticket, to see them live. It just wasn't in the cards for me. But i can still see them some day in Rock n Roll Heaven. God bless
Uma das maiores referências do rock que o mundo já conheceu e sempre por gerações estará sempre na estante e nas coleções e nos corações de todos os coqueiros
I been loving ACDC from day one. Angus isn't much older than me. Man, he can play that gittar! LOL. I'm still rockin' too. My fave is music from 70s -80s. Anybody remember "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys?" These guys never cease to amaze me. I outta change my name to "rockin_granny!" 😂❤
AC/DC Never Fade. AC/DC your a part of my high school days, you are the most noisy Rock n Roll Band in our time which i really love. Rocking The 80's our time.. "Island of Mindanao Here, Philippines" ❤❤❤
I would have expected Angus to retire before age forced him to FINALLY stop running nonstop on stage. But the reason why so many "veteran" bands have continued touring today is because today, album sales are not their big money. It's ticket sales that are the lion's share of their revenue. All the cheap music services online, combined with piracy, have destroyed the "release an album, watch it get popular, get rich, never have to tour until you smoke all the money" model that worked so well before the internet became the biggest thing in our lives. So now, if you want that money, you do the gigs. Ticket sales and march are your revenue stream. The release of a new album and its airplay is what brings people to your shows. So different from even 10 years ago. Way different from 20 years ago.
Angus and the Lads are looking old, but dear god are they still amazing. Guitarist say oh their music is simple A, D, G, but YOU do that shit as good as they did and still do! I do hope they stop and enjoy their lives at some point. I have to say though I play all their tunes as best as I can on my guitar and when I go for my power walk/runs ACDC is at the top of the play list every time. Thank you ACDC for your talent and music!
Man, they have the greatest Rock and Roll band of all time right in front of them and all they can think about is to film it with their bloody smart phone. I wonder why they went there in the first place. I wonder why there aren't massive brawls with annoyed fans.
I saw AC⚡️DC in 1979 😮 Wow 🤩 Bon Scott 😱🤩second to none they got a good replacement but by no means even close to Bon Scott! Let there be Bon or no one ☝️ else!!!! RIP 🪦 CAPTAIN 🧑✈️ OF THE SHIP❣️Rest easy my LEGEND 🤍🕊️🤍
Agree, but in reality, Status Quo over the SCOTTISH 2-Chord wonders! All the Young brothers are / were Scots! Not an Aussie amongst them!! Quo, Uriah Heep, Moodies, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple - incredible bands!!
