I am so annoyed by this guy being interviewed but he knows NOTHING! Why waste our time? How about next time you have an interview, you ask pre-interview questions to find out what the person knows, or doesn't know, then decide whether to put him on the air or not?!

Occam's razor would suggest the Judge had received information that the Sherriff was involved in the abuse case. So he shot him.

Mikes daughter was charged with molesting 13 year old boys at the school she taught at. Mike was heavily involved in paying off all the right people to make the charges go away. How about news nation checks into letcher counties deep corruption that led to this murder and ask why the media is being blacked out. They don't want their secrets exposed.
