Yeah, this is the worst moon to introduce mods making this day way too easy for me... Hopefully this will be the only time that happens as I will mostly be going to harder moons from now on.

I will be using mods for the remainder of this let's play but may change which ones I'm using typically in between playthroughs after each game over. I believe in using them to make the game more enjoyable for solo play but I aim to avoid using any that will break the game and make it boring.

So I don't personally have an issue with you using mods, even to make the game easier. Half the reason to play this game is the modding scene imo. But I do believe that the longer day setting is perhaps a little too high right now for the beginner moons. For the intermediate and advanced moons, sure you're gonna need all the help you can get. But these early moons I feel like you could easily lower the setting to .75 or even .8 and still have plenty of time to clear the facility.

I also think the keep scrap mod might take some of the fun out of the game since it takes away a significant amount of incentive that you have to remain alive. I think if you're going to keep that mod you should add some sort of punishment for dying.
