holding down sprint depletes your stamina but you don't go up any faster. Don't hold sprint while climbing ladders so you can have full stamina when you exit the ladder.
It's not about remembering the pathing, it's about committing to one path at a time. A lot of people, including me at first, just go everywhere, trying to explore as many sections as fast as possible. If you stick to only one path at a time, you'll find yourself remembering the route to all the different paths separately.
Таскание лута до корабля пока внутри не появились мобы, было максимально глупо, сначала надо было вынести весь лут наружу, потом скинуть его вниз под стену, и просто бегать от корабля до стены таскать лут, заняло бы намного меньше времени и сил
