I saw some comments about eye poke. Those ppl thought the game changing moment was after the eye poke because of the fighter's vision problem. The presenters said this was accident moment by watching the slowmotion replay of that moment. SLO apologized ASAP after he hit his opponent's eye. And the official medical team checked the damage and then they decide it's not too much. Thus they approved to resume the match. The fighter also got enough recovery time that's why he decide to resume. No one forced him to start the fight and let him take the time for enough recovery. I really appreciate that guy's sportsmanship because he can reject to resume the match and acting like he had a problem with vision issue. After he thought he was completely recovery, he decide his own to resume. When the fight is resume I didn't see he blinked frequently and no tear. If he feel uncomfortable, at least he will blink frequenty. Let's say if he had vision problem, 1) Will he resume that match? 2) Who will resume the match even he had vision issue? 3) Are the referee, medical team and judges forced him to resume the match ASAP? 4) Did you see the fighter is continuously blink and frequently touch his eye after resume the game? 5) Is the fighter request another break time after resume the fight? (for this question, if the fighter is not feeling well about his vision, he must request to pause the fight because no body want to loose). For above questions, I can exactly say No. Because he got complete recovery time not only after the eye poke moment, but also the injury time between first and second round. After the second round start, the fighter still fresh and the match is as like as first round. I mean he don't feel any vision problem. I can say that because his movements and fighting style is just normal. Even he did't blink or wink frequently. Actually game changing moment was the fast and powerful jab from SLO at second round. You all can see the slowmotion replay of the jab. If we don't see the slomo replay we all can't figure out where the jab was landed. So, please don't say the nonsense comment. Some fighters take advantage from eye poke to win. But SLO is not that kind of person. He isn't a cheater. As a Myanmar Latwei fan, I can say that he is one of the honest and tough guy. So please don't blame with a non sense point of view. Even the fighter accepted his lose was not because of this issue.
