Frantic needs a pressure release for the boiler and the optimal tempeture is 280 for reactor. The boiler explodes at 10 pressure on dial this is also for you I have not made a reactor myself but the theory it's easy

All you need to control boiler pressure is a threshold checking the boiler temperature going to the pumps between the heat source and boiler. Set the threshold to 0-115. Then its basically foolproof. Then you just send the steam through a chain of turbines connected in series 'rps to rps' and 'steam out to large electric pump to steam in' put 2 1:3 gearboxes on the end and a large generator. Im running 2 lines of 4 turbines on 1 boiler and making 1280 'generator output'.

Most subs are powered by nuclear reactors these days.

You dont get straoght sea water for the loop that goes into the reactorì. That is only used on the condenser and also salt water usually makes corrosion in piping. Reactors inner water is pretty much pressurized water or other water. (Depends on reactor type)
