In a lot of African American homes they're also a lot of boiled and baked and grilled foods. The factories process the food but we take out meet home and bake it boil it boil it grill it I can understand fry chicken but most of the time it's other ways to cook

I had to do the same thing for my house. I only keep salt and sugar because I make cakes from scratch. When I cook regular meals, it's low sodium all the way!!! I had pre eclampsia at the end of and after my pregnancy. Gotta look out for me too!

@@ladyveevee2888 you may want to ask a licensed professional about OCD. Because, that’s sounds crazy. My son has OCD as well. And it affects us in many ways . Not only cleanliness but, order, size & color sequence, his is a little worse than mine. His is very costly as well. He throws things away with 1 tiny stain on it. He overly cleans. Obsessed with organizing or we can’t rest. It’s gotten me in trouble at work because, I’m obsessed with perfection I’ll keep checking the same hospital charts that I already checked just to ensure I made no mistakes. I’m always cleaning something when it’s not even my job which takes away from what I’m supposed to be doing. It’s a mental disorder. And it’s not fun. So get your facts straight on a condition before speaking on it.
