Hey Steph! I have a quick cookie recipe you might want to try. There’s no flour in it so I guess it would be gluten free!Amazingly they come out just as yummy as regular ones. Quick peanut butter cookies 1 C peanut butter 1/3 c sugar 1 egg Mix and roll into balls. Coat in sugar. Press flat with fork and bake at 350 for 10-13 min.

When you're baking or cooking with stickier ingredients always spray pam into the measuring spoons/cups so that way it slides right out & doesn't get stuck! Also, no mess!

If you're in the mood for extra yumminess just dip or drizzle some with dark chocolate and others with white chocolate 😋

Clear vanilla is so handy to have. Especially when you’re making icing as it doesn’t tint it brown!!!

You split an egg by cracking the whole thing in a bowl over a scale so you get its weight- then you whisk the egg so it’s combined then you pour half in e.g if the weight of the egg was 50g you wanna pour in 25g 😊

Clear vanilla just means it is synthetic vanilla. Usually vanilla extract is slightly tan/brown since it is mostly just vanilla bean and alcohol. Completely clear vanilla is completely synthetic and contains no added caramel color to imitate real extract.

Usually you cream the sugar and butter together first before adding other ingredients when you make cookies. It keeps it from tasty grainy. Wet then dry.

Heyyyy love your videos ❤️❤️ And a little trick ,just brush your measuring cup with a little oil before adding the peanut butter and it will just slide off smoothly 😉😉

I would just make these with Swerve or Truvia to substitute the sugar and brown sugar as I'm pre-diabetic. I'd also use gluten free flour as I can't have gluten. And I'd use oat milk and use vegan butter. I can't do dairy as well.

Bakers often use clear vanilla when making white cakes or flavoring white frosting so they stay white, vanilla that is not white can make white baked goods look off white.

Steph, raw meat or not, you can still hand-wash utensils etc. Remember, there are people who don't have dishwashers and wash everything by hand. It's not unsafe.
