Maybe feeling trapped if kids or finances are involved and hoping things change. But I'm talking about how men and women deal with heartbreak. A lot women can say they went through it and decided to trust and go again. Wheras a lot of men will hold onto hurt and mistrust and refuse to commit again for a long time.

If you decide to stay and not bring it up and again and move on in an attempt to make it work then it does make you emotionally strong tbh
