i’m sorry you have to go through that but from what i can see, his behaviour is literally saying, “i’m a boy, i can’t handle or regulate my emotions, instead of confronting and reflecting, im going to fill the void with the feeling of familiarity because i can’t handle being alone.” if anything he did you a favour, this is your time to find yourself, get back into your old routines and learn to love the small things around you. remember that the loss of someone is also the gain of someone, whether it be new friends, a new love interest etc. you’re strong and whatever emotions you’re feeling right now is 100% valid, i completely understand. take this as an opportunity to become even stronger and take it as a challenge you’re gonna overcome 🤍
