What's funny is that aside from diet and exercise, the thing that most affects A1c is STRESS. So being stressed about your A1C makes it worse! Ironic, no? They have been telling me my LDL is too high for years... when I am normal weight, exercise, and eat lots of veggies. I hope you will not worry about it too much, it certainly sounds like you are doing all the right things! For us the bonus is you are throwing yourself into this sweet shop thing, and it's delightful!! Thank you, and I have a name suggestion... Ruby Red's Merrie Raspberries Sweet Shop.

@@mimigoodluck303 Thank you so much for the encouraging words, and you are absolutely correct 100%, I’ve been stressing it for months since I was told and at my last visit a few weeks ago, doctor said just that, she felt I was stressing out about it and she didn’t won’t that, and I said “ it’s too late for that” 🤭 but I’ve stopped stressing as much and taking it with strides, one day at a time. My daughter is helping me and I’m determined to live my life, healthy, happy, one day at a time, living in each moment 🥰😍☺️😉 I’m truly having so much fun with this little Sweet Shop, and happy to hear My Doll Fam is enjoying the journey with me 🤩
