They are so nosey!!! I cashed a check a few yrs ago for approximately 9000 for my paid maternity leave and had a ton of questions for me as well. I will be taking this back to the bank soon but only $9000 at a time and deposit most into the atm

Just tell the cashier it's none of her business, but I do like your idea of keeping some cash in the house.

Tellers are not nosey. They don’t care. They’re just doing their job. Lots of money laundering and scam’s happening and more so since Covid.

It sucks to be questioned but they have to have a paper trail of money coming in and going out. Federal regulations can cause a bank to have to pay tons of fees if they allow unlawful things to happen with customers accounts. Those penalties can go into the millions, better safe than sorry.

I love the idea of putting an extra 5% to whatever I spend. Great idea!! Love the idea of 4 different bank accounts. Is it with capital one or another bank

@@MyFunSizeBudget It can be with any bank, personally for me, I use bank of America and I have all my accounts with them (with the exception of my brokerage account) so it's quick and easy to transfer cash between accounts. I am a spender as well so what helps me is by treating my savings as an expense. If you are really bad with spending you can just take out the cash you need for the week and leave your cards home.

Yes i had 6 figure student loans and it kept me up at night so i worked for 23 months with probably less than 10 days off and paid it off during that time. I lived like i was broke and threw every dime at my loans. I cried when i made the last payment. This was in 2014-2016. You definitely can do it. At the time i was married and had 2 kids. All days i worked weren't full days. Sometimes i would just see.a few patients. I worked multiple jobs in home health setting and or prn

It's unrealistic for me too. I chose to work multiple jobs temporarily to reach a goal. I have always been this way. If i need extra money even when I was a college student, I worked extra hrs or got an additional job temporarily that worked with my schedule. To my Subscribers you can live the life that you like if you work for it. I had a child at 22 yrs old and decided I wanted more for our lives and worked hard in college taking 22 semester hrs for the last 2yrs and worked to change my life. Don't be discouraged

Then went to college and worked for Moe's and then with the school programs like no kid left behind or doctor's office for medical student admissions. Grad school i worked at the hospital and graduate assistant. Then i started working as a physical therapist and always worked 2 jobs. It wasn't until 2014-2016 we started being intentional about money and paid off $124,000 in student loans and other debt. Now i really don't need anything but enjoying my family and budgeted vacations! I have finished this challenge of saving $100,000 in 10 months. Now we are focusing on retirement and having my kids go undergrad debt free. My husband focuses totally on retirement. But starting Monday i will be only working on Sundays and I have a rental property
