Girl yes. I watched The Polar Express with my kids the other night, and I teared up at the same part. I was thinking to myself I can tell I'm getting older. Having kids, and being in your early 30's you just seem so much more emotional than in your 20's. Time sure does fly.

As a mother of three I feel every word. And everything that chokes you up still gets me too. My kids are 13, 10 and 7 and it goes by SO FAST, and you get increasingly aware of it each year. It’s so special and heartbreaking and exciting and everything all at once watching your kids grow up. And your kids are at the ages where Christmas REALLY starts getting magical, so you’re getting to that part of parenthood where you realize this magic is way more special than what it was when you were a kid! And you’re realizing it’s fleeting. So it makes sense, and I feel you! 💜

Girl you got me in tears now😂 I’m 43 and my kids are about to be 17 (on 12/26!) and 12 (on 1/16!) and even though they know the “truth” - making the Christmas magic happen and watch them get excited is still fun! Is it the same as when they were little? Maybe not, but the joy of the season is still very much there for all of us!

In my area, there weren't any salvation army Santa clause like when I was growing up. I find it was easier to say he exists and he's always watching because he was literally in front of every store.

I totally get the emotions. I’ve got my healthy 92 year old grandma staying with me, my husband and 2 young kids. It’s the best, but also makes me endlessly emotional. Time really does fly too fast.

I fully get the excitement of them growing up, but the heartache of how fast it goes. My son will be 15 next Saturday, and that special Christmas spirit is no longer there. Christmas doesn’t feel the same anymore. But again, so thankful the more he grows, as many parents don’t get to see certain ages as their child has gone to heaven.

I loved being a mom to my two children, making life special and creating traditions and memories. But now, I know that I'm in the "sweet spot" of life. Both kids are happily married to their soul mates, and there are five grandchildren that create the Christmas magic now. I wish I had known that this amount of joy and happiness was waiting for me at 61!! I LOVED being a mom, creating special traditions and memories..... but this is on a new level!! So, enjoy those babies, but know that life has so much more in store for you! PS I used to cry everytime I read the book, "Guess How Much I Love You."

I’m not personally a mom, but I know from my experience that while some of the Christmas magic that you experience when you’re younger goes away, my parents have still kept up traditions for my siblings and I. So again while it’s a little different now that we’re older, we still get so excited to be home for Christmas doing things we did when we were little. It will never be the same, but that’s true for so much in life ❤️ enjoy the season you’re in, and look forward to new traditions you can start when your kids are a bit older

Id give anything to have my only son back and be little like Mason again. Enjoy those moments. I just lost my child a couple mths ago and stil struggle to live day by day without him in it. We shared so many wonderful memories and I wish more then anything I can have that again.

Casey it for sure comes with motherhood. I constantly think of how fast the time goes as i watch my kids get older. My oldest is going into high school next year and then to see my parents get older. Im constantly emotional about the concept of time & life.

I blinked and our one and only son just turned 18. I so feel you on the emotions and the momma tears. Everything this year has been emotional. Thankfully, our son still wants to stay home with us. I’m 40, my son is 11 and I still look at him occasionally and bust into tears for absolutely no reason. Like you said I think it’s just mom hormones and trying to come to terms with the fact that they’re getting older and we won’t have the moments forever! 😢❤

Got me crying ☺️ I remember Christmas as a kid and it was wonderful. My one and only is 21 and time does fly! I remember his excitement on those Christmas mornings when he was younger, and I squall, he still lights up at Christmas but not like he did when he was little 😭. For me, it is my last Christmas before our son is born and I am so excited to start being on the other end of creating the magic and making his childhood great. At the same time, it reminds me that this is my last Christmas as the baby/only child in my family, last Christmas with just me and my husband. It’s very bittersweet ❤️

I have missed seeing you on your channel, I do not have Tik Tok so for many years just watched you here. Yes you are so right about time going by so fast when you have kids. The hardest thing I have ever had to do as a mother watch say goodbye to my youngest son as he went off to the military boot camp. I cried for months and the most wonderful thing as a mother was watching my oldest daughter become a mother. As your makeup collection gets smaller we all grow, but always love makeup. As you were talking I was thinking back to when I started watching many years ago before you got married. Glad to hear your going to start doing more videos for the channels.

Casey I'm 70 and other than my body wearing out I don't feel any different but I have a grown daughter and 2 grown grandson's and the feeling you get especially around the Holidays is 10 times what you feel when you're younger you just keep enjoying the happy moments more and more so I just enjoy knowing you are exspering the joy through your children is wonderful ⛄

I’m dying watching this because I so relate to your emotions. Those emotions are what got us with baby #3 😂 They grow up so fast feelings and before you know it, you’re finding out you’re pregnant 😆 I’m so intentional with making Christmas memories and reliving the magic with them. I 100% understand your feelings and I’m the exact same way. This Christmas is the last year my 4th grader will be believing and it has made me so emotional this holiday season. She says all her friends don’t believe anymore but her and just knowing she’s making a choice to still believe, like she knows she wants to hold on just a little longer.

My aunt gifted me The Polar Express book as a kid, and I made my parents read it to me every year. We saw the movie when it came out in theaters. I still watch it with my family every year even in my late 20s. It is my favorite Christmas movie 🥹❤️🎄

I have been emotional lately too. I have 2 girls, 12 years old and 4 years old, my oldest just asked me yesterday about Santa. That and a couple of other events she has had this week and just making me realize how mature and old she’s getting. They grow up too fast.
