You should use a paint with a corrosion inhibitor, like Rustollem, it's prevents metal from rusting over time. Also if you didn't properly prep this buy etching it or applying a primer that paint is going to flake off quickly .

I work in the paint industry , she's not going to inhale enough to cause damage, and it's not like she does this everyday , shes outside and there's wind. If it was a room then it would be a different story
