Compartmentalization of intelligence means you only get to know the plan when you need to know the plan, and somebody else gets to decide that for you.
Except when you're the head of intelligence, normally speaking. The actual message is never question a woman, because emotion based responses are always superior to logic based responses. "sigh"
You know what with the last of the Homeworld games out ( I think is the last) I want to see a series show of Homeworld from start to finish just like the Robotech Macross series.
That would be interesting. Maybe it could take place during the Deserts of Kharak era for a season or two and slowly make its way to the Homeworld era we all know and love.
Im having a blast watching the playthrough, but the games story is so weird. Aside from your points about the pointless conversations and all, I'm still trying to figure out if there was any reason for this to be some secret classified mission. I could be missing something, but I dont see any benefit to Imogen not being allowed to have reinforcements or even just communication with her superiors, and its been driving me crazy this entire time
I think theoretically they were attempting to keep the general population from knowing about the hyperspace being weaponized? Though how you hide the fact that millions of people are suddenly out of contact and a agri world has stopped sending food, I dunno. The only other thing I can think of is to minimize the chance of spies aboard having much chance to do harm?
If you want them to actually DO something you will have to put them on something other then passive. Passive mean do nothing. If your not going to do that then stop crying over them not doing anything.
Will homeworld 3 get added to the remastered collection where it has like hw2 classic hw1 classic hw2 remastered and hw1 remastered and then it will be hw3 classic?
@@UberPodfan homeworld 3 doesnt have a remaster, so theres no point in it being in the remastered collection, even as a "classic". thats also why catalysm and deserts of kharak arent there.
Well yes and no The game is gorgeous looking. The gameplay is lacking and they seem to have removed player ability to make tactical choices in how they accomplish the mission. The story is nonsensical with an antagonist who is ridiculous in both design and mannerisms. It’s a weak effort and after Deserts I was expecting so much more depth of story. I’m still hoping Shack plays Cataclysm/Emergence next. The story on that is still 10/10 imo.
@@Autofire-nw5ty yea graphics are pretty much the only thing they got right. also the varitey of smaller ships seems severly lacking your corvette limit is oddly low and no stelth fighters or other unit varitey at the low weight classes to make small size fleet comp viable. though the frigate selection is great just wish they made the unit abiltys matter insted of just spam em whenever theyre off cooldown
