That depends on the skills & quality of that employee. Most companies know applications are formalities. They expect you to lie & understand what they want to hear.
I love how the issue of hiding your past is never addressed. It shows a fundamental lack of trust if after five years you’re still hiding that stuff. Barring traumatic experiences like assault or things along that line, if you were just sleeping around and didn’t want to be honest about that past, it’s a red flag. It makes a guy think what else may you be hiding now and what else could you choose to hide from him in the future. I think that’s the issue. Not necessarily having a past, but hiding it even after five years.
Women don't want to be judged on their past but that's how everything works, go get a loan, a car, a house, interview for a job, everybody judges you on your past
One of the problems with these questions is that women aren't emotionally invested. If a man of value learned about her past and broke off the relationship. These women would beg and plead for that not to happen but on a podcast, they aren't going to play themselves and keep it real. As soon as the first girl realized a man of value was leaving her and not just a man with good sex she changed up fast and brought up her emotional attachment.

One isn't the other and a man knowing of your sexual past (304 phase) he can absolutely understand it but in no shape or form does he need to tolerate or accept it.

The point is that everyone takes it way too easy on women all the time so these guys are the only ones doing something different. Women that have had multible partenes in the pass and a big partying history get bored easily in relationships and go back to their old ways. They always stay connected to the streets and the minute they get bored, there is a risk of them going back. A woman without street pass is more of a keeper.
Love isn’t enough to sustain a marriage. As a guy when I was young and naive I used to believe, I admit, the Disney fairytale that love trumps all and is all you need. But really that’s not true I learned from experience as I got older. Because relying love on its own is risky because like they said feelings change and love can fade. And going back to feelings a woman’s feelings can change at a drop of a hat, whereas a real man can’t afford to be ruled by their emotions. Men and women aren’t the same. At best we compliment each other.
