Lol that’s how I got my cat too! My mom said no kittens but I convinced her to “just look.” I sat on the floor in the kitten room, looked around, and when the only kitten that came up to me sat in my lap, my mom just said “I’m not getting you to leave without this kitten…” Which made the shelter lady laugh. It’s so much cuter and special when your fur baby picks you because it shows there’s something about you that they’re drawn to 🐈 🩵
Same, or at least similar. My family went to Petsmart on a Saturday, which is when they bring out all the cats, and none had clicked with us when they said “we have these last 2 kittens someone was trying to give away in the parking lot, our in-house vet just finished checking them over” and when they brought the kittens out to us, one of them fell asleep in my lap. We’ve now had them for 10 years.
Just don't ever go to one of those things if you've forgotten you put a pepperoni stick in your side pouch pocket of your cargo pants for after skating, because if those behbehs smell you, you'll become the target of everything that is fur and teeth and claws in the vicinity. I was clobbered by cuteness! The lady said I'd have to take them all home because they were _ALL_ up in my lap, purring and trying to eat me! Lol! The kittens were all very cute, but I was on a mission! I wanted to get a cat nobody wanted so they could have a chance at a good life. So they showed me an older pair of siblings that had clearly been through some stuff. They were 8 years old and a little worse for wear, leary of people and kept to themselves. I got them and brought them home and gave them the life they deserved! After about a month of gentle persuasion (heh, purr-suasion) and lots of those snack tube thingies, they began to come over and sit with me while I read or played games. Frick was the first to sit in my lap, but Frack was the first to give me kisses. They were such good kids. I knew getting older cats meant I wouldn't have them as long, but we still got to enjoy their company for a good 12 years or so. Surprisingly they passed from old age and nothing else. That was the only time I went and picked out a cat (all the rest have come to me via the cat distribution system), and I'm glad I did!
@@tiggerdcat My brother got his cat from the CDS. A stray who moved into his apartment and refused to leave 😂 He wasn't much of a cat person before that happened.
@@NinjaFlibble Ah, a squatter cat! They can be some of the funniest cats, too! My mom's recently been possessed by a squatter cat. She didn't want him, but he's killing the mice that's been plaguing her back garden, so she's warming up to him, lol!
@@tiggerdcat"snack tube thingies" 😂 I call them "creamy treats" no matter the brand because that's what the brand Dine called them when I first discovered them.
I just started watching your videos. Noelle is a beautiful cat and has quite the personality! I look forward to watching your future content, Keep up the great work!
Found this channel while aimlessly scrolling through YT shorts. Seeing a cat pick out the most outrageous responses in cards against humanity just appealed to my somewhat unusual sense of humor.
I love this so much. It seriously makes my day I have to watch before and after work and depending on the day I have I watch during my lunch. I work at the front desk and have to deal with crazy people so this brings me joy. Her answer I love them
She looks just like my cat Yoshi, but she’s far more of a menace, much more like my tabby Celia. I can tell how much the two of you love each other, it’s adorable.
Noelle reminds me so much of my own Siamese cat, Mitzi, who I had for my birthday when I was young. The breeder brought a basket full of kittens, opened the lid, and the one little girl jumped out and came straight into my lap. I grinned from ear to ear and said "This one!". She was sweet and feisty and she's been gone a long time now, but I still think of her. Thank you for this post. 😺❤
I watched this because I wished I had a good enough relationship with my cat to bap cards with and then by coincidence, you have my kitty's name on your shirt. These videos make me laugh so hard, and despite Noelle's dark side - give me hope someday my cat and I can flip out together. Thomas says "grrrrrrrr" from a dark corner. He's a little sketchy, his sunglasses are waaaaaay different but his worldview might be similar
I just found your channel & I love it 😻 which led me to this video. Thank you both for doing this. It's good to see your face Nick & to know a bit more about you both. Yeah, cats are funny sometimes & make you wonder why you get them toys, when random other things are better - boxes, paper (especially crinkly), shoelaces & shoes, a tennis ball (that was my Taz's favorite). She's beautiful 😻 & yes, she does tend toward the dark side 😼😸
One year ago? I don’t care I’m commenting 😋 I LOVE this channel and it always makes me laugh (including the videos that include man slaughters-), and I will never unsubscribe ❤ I have two flame point Siamese! They’re just like Noelle but dark brownish orange 😅
I DO hope you're sharing those gazillions of royalty dollars with the Poor Dear! She DOES look slightly undernourished! Oh, and Herself COULD use a few more colors of colored glasses! BTW, KUTGW!!
Can someone repeat to me his answer at around 4:16?? The kinda mumbles and I don't understand some of the words 'i pick (??) the responses' is all I understood
So I actually don't believe she does the bap by herself bc the movement is a bit different so I think its an invisible laser that we can't se and the glasses make her see it
It doesn't have to be the glasses, the laser could just be in a wavelength that cats see but humans don't, it could also be that screens can't display that color
Imo, the bap is legit. The reason the answers make sense is that it doesn't matter what she picks because he made sure all the cards make sense beforehand. But the element of randomness is real. Some cats are just like that, we had a cat who didn't care for toys but was fascinated with the my dad's keyboard.
@@poilaaliop it's not really the answers that make people think it's fake. It's the movement of the cat, the fact that she doesn't choose until he's done talking etc
