I have watched several videos in how to do the herringbone stitch & still never got it. I found your video tonight & finally learned it. Thank you for the clear, step-by-step videos, keeping your hands out of the way when showing "How to", and zooming in with just enough focus and clarity.
hello Stephanie i have been trying to learn herringbone for some time now i came across this video and now i can do herringbone stitch !!!!!!!!!! thanks so much for your tutorials you are truly a great help to many beaders the fact that i am left handed and struggle with learning different stitches, it is a joy when i "get it" thanks Nancy.
Hi Stephanie :) It has been a VERY long time since I made my last cuff herringbone bracelet. I pulled it out today because I had bought some really bright summery beads I wanted to use (my 20 year old daughter picked them out). I completely forgot how to get it started! TYTYTYTYTYTYTY for this simplistic, easy to follow tutorial. You are a wonderful teacher my "beading buddy" & I am thrilled to have stumbled upon your tutorials. :) I have one other lady that I watch all the time because she is easy to follow as well (Ruby Lockwood). I will post pics of the summery cuff bracelet when I am done. I just need to figure out a clasp idea for the ending of it. **hint hint-open to suggestions wink wink** You & Ruby & all my new beading friends I have met, have reignited my creative side again & I cannot thank you enough for that!!! We have been through a ton of stress lately & this is my release :) :) xoxoxoxoxoxo
Hi Lori! I am so happy to hear that you are back to your beading table and that the tutorials are helping you :) Isn't it great to awaken the creative side!!! So glad you found my channel :)
It’s really true what you said. I’ve been beading for a year now and having learned various stitches and techniques from you am now able to design and create all sorts of beautiful pieces. Throwing in with that working with wire , wow. Thank you Stephanie. You got me well on my way to professional quality work.
Thank you again Stephanie. I do so much better learning from you than any other tutorials. I have made dozens of bracelets and necklaces already and still enjoying learning new stitches and designs.
Thank you for teaching us these basic stitches. I have done bead stringing, but am ready for the challenge of needle, thread and beads. You have a wonderful gift you are sharing.
Thank you so much Donya! I love teaching and sharing these tutorials with you :) You are going to love bead weaving - be careful it is soon addictive lol Welcome to this wonderful world!
You are great! I could have saved my money! Going to Bead Fest! Paid.... for herringbone class. O.K, I am still excited!!! Going to my first Bead Fest! You are so awesome, like I have said before, it's like sitting with a girlfriend who's teaching you to weave. Thanks for sharing your talent and time.
+SaBrina Bradley I am so jealous!!! You are going to have a blast! My pleasure to share. Actually having a real flesh and blood instructor is going to be great as well as hanging with other bead folks! Have a great time :)
Thanks! I am so excited and you are right! Your tutorials calms my nerves, I feel I will be able to keep up. I know hanging around people who enjoy the same is so exciting and fun. I hope to purchase some nice things. If it is o.k. post some. I am counting down! Yeahhh!
