I’m so much like you it’s crazy. I have dropped so many people in my life and my mom calls me mean for it. The reality is I don’t put up with getting treated poorly so I drop people quick.
This is @ Keaton and anyone else with anxiety How I Sleep with Anxiety 1) headspace app its $10 for a WHOLE YEAR as a college student (they also have a free trial where you don’t have to put in your card info) 2) go to their sleep tab 3) Cat Marina Sleep Cast (or literally any of their sleep casts) I’ve never found anything that has helped me fall asleep and stay asleep on anxious nights as much as their sleep casts. They’re slightly different every day. Honestly God sent.

I think the advice about being happy is so helpful but also important to remember those (like myself) who have mood disorders and therefore their moods are not based on circumstances. Everything could be totally fine and going perfectly I will still cycle between feeling really happy and positive (manic) and really depressed and sad (depressive) because of my brain chemistry. Sometimes you won't be able to control how you feel and that's okay too. Important to remember it's all temporary; so helpful in the moment to remember it will pass
Me and my ex dated for 6 years and I was stuck and attached to him that I lost myself and my happiness for him. He was always emotionally abusing me and treating me rudely, I broke up with him a month ago and I suddenly forgot all the negatives he did, but watching your video now made me get back on track and the REAL reason why I ended it and how shitty he made me feel and lose myself. I hope I move on because it’s really hard, so thank you for your video! 😘😘❤️

One thing that helps with my anxiety at night are meditating apps, a few of my personal favs are Headspace and Calm. Listening to nighttime stories or meditating while laying in bed seriously calms my mind so much and helps me focus on one thing and not 29538592 things

also if you're having a tough time sleeping because of anxiety stuff - seriously get a weighted blanket !! i've had the worst time sleeping because of anxiety for YEARS and I finally invested in one and I feel like I haven't slept this well in SO long it's a miracle worker

Completely agree w/ everything you said, especially about long distance relationships! I’m 20 & in a long distance relationship, my boyfriend & I go to school 3 hours away from each other. And I feel like when it comes to trust, it doesn’t matter if you’re long distance or not. What it really comes down to is being w/ someone who shows their love so strongly that you never have to doubt it. If you’ve been hurt before, they’ll break through your walls & trust issues to make sure you can gain their trust. And if someone doesn’t do that or ever gives you a reason to doubt or not trust them, then they’re probably not the right person for you
