Huh, I made a video on Raphtila a couple of weeks ago. I think her kit isn't bad, but her modifers are low since it's been awhile since the last Shield Hero collab. I believe if it get a rerun, she could be good with the right buffs.
She was pretty good in testing. I wish delia's crest palace wasn't aids on the regulus stage. She's really fun to use but its hard to get use out of her arts and passive because of shirou's existence
