An excellent and very simple vegetable dish made from tomatoes and peppers. I prepare it every year, it can't be missing on our table in winter 😉👍 You can eat it with or without egg. It is also great for cooking other dishes. Wherever peppers and tomatoes are added 😉 Do not hesitate, friends, and save the excellent tomato and pepper stew/letscho for the winter days!!!
We need:
4.5 kg of tomatoes
2 kg of peppers
1 kg onion
250ml oil
2 tablespoons of salt
2 tablespoons paprika powder
