My wife and I enjoyed Trevor on Roast Battle and were sold on Letterkenny just because of him. Thanks for a really nice interview, sending happiness and love from Denver, CO, USA.
This is an amazing interview, and I've never seen this interviewer work before, but Candy is perfect as a conversationalist. Seems very natural and relaxed. Well done.
I'm listening while I'm working in the garage and thinking, this is a damn great interview. So, I look to see who the interviewer is and whoa! It's Candy! Funny as hell and a great interviewer. Great questions. This really showed how likable Trevor is in real life.
Big Trev! I was so happy when I saw him in Letterkenny, I've had SexCop FirePenis for a while now, and it's one of my favorite standup albums, always great to see this funny bastard getting to make people smile!
K. Trevor, you deserve all of your success, putting your passion before anything else is key. One day a relation ship will happen with someone who understands this... then you will have it all, and then some.
I LOVED JOHN CANDY AND ALWAYS WILL. CRIED SO HARD WHEN HE DIED. So incredibly funny, yet endearing, charming, sweet and always seemed like Such a genuinely nice guy; no one ever said a bad word about him in real life. Everyone who ever came in contact with him, from his daughter, wife and family, to those who worked with him, interviewed him or knew him said he was wonderful. Still miss him. Still watch his movies especially Uncle Buck, Plains Trains and Automobiles (still the greatest thanksgiving movie ever made) and The Great Outdoors. He’s a true Legend.
Why is the overwhelming tone of this interview about being overweight and successful? Hes not successful for being fat, hes a successful comedian because hes hilarious not just because hes overweight
Sorry my answer to the small town question im from a small town in northern ireland (9000 odd people while I was a teenager) and although there's a huge ocean between us and we're letterkenny is set we all know folks like the characters same with the trailer park boys small towns are small towns no matter where they are
Here in Illinois my friends and I relate 😂 I'm basically the Illinois equivalent of squirrelly Dan (minus the attentions paid to my buttshole 😂) one of my buddies is like Wayne and my other buddy is like Dary 😂
you mean at 14:04 where he said no such thing? what he said was "take a shot at the president", which means parodying or making satirical commentary as some comedians have done to gain a momentary flash of increased notoriety. i hope wisdom has taken to a closer friendship with you in years since you made that comment.
I’m not familiar with this radio station or this interviewer but she is AWESOME. A really great interviewer. She asked good questions and was very likable. Enjoyed this a lot.
If y'all haven't seen letter Kenny it is an extremely hilarious show that is very well written by a team of writers that has a love of literary devices that when heard in the spoken form are even funnier somehow. it's also a great look into Canadian life at least in some aspects, and there's just so many amazing characters I don't even know where to begin the goth emo meth kids are f****** phenomenal the two Meathead hockey player kids will have you bursting at the f****** sides with their back and forth, Wade or Wayne the dude who's always interrupting everybody is a f****** riot, the show has so many moments of solid gold I really think it hasn't caught on in the Americas yet but I have a feeling that it will because humor knows no borders, now nor never
This might be weird, but I’m a heterosexual man if there ever was one, but this man’s voice makes me happy! I bet some the-rapist out there could help the rest of y’all be cool with this. Enjoy!
You know you've made it when your agent changes your name a little, and then you push everyone with the original name to Google's nosebleed section in search.
John Candy was a genius! Still breaks me heart we lost him so young. Very genuine actor with perfect timing. One of the all time greats. The Joe Montana/john Candy super bowl story...one of the best all time sports stories!
i would like to meet that man I didn't even know he was comedian if he came to Culver's of Marquette Michigan I would most likely offer to buy him lunch it pick at his brain he is the kind of funny I like I laughed for hrs he is a funny man
